THIS IS THE REAL BART JARM DAO FORM, at least the most realistic also for the Wong Sheun Leung school. I understand that u preferred to remain anonimous. great stuff
what aload of shit, who came up with this ,i'll show u wing chun ,challange is open.....most of its wrong and ip chun and ip ching both have variations of the forms which came from devolpments in size differance etc ...this is an isult if u wanna learn wing chun ,go find a master!!! an app ??? what next up load it directly to the brain ,matrix style... crane crap ,snake shit and phoenix poo....and horse shit
This is almost something really nice, it could have been extraordinary in fact if you had kept going & finished it. The 2 colors for the Butterfly's was a nice touch, making it visually easy to break down & track. To bad, if you had only finished it & showed the geometry & vectors of movement and flow, the distance, angles, closed & open lines on the floor relative to the "center", hips, torso, head, & intersections with in coming force vectors...could have been something really remarkable...
Even though I have NEVER seen it work besides in controlled drills I always thought that if you could equalize fear, aggressiveness and athleticism (i.e. computer simulation) than WC would beat any other style. The shortest distance is a straight line, can't beat that right? Too bad most people throw their kung fu out the window in a real fight.
I wouldn't say throw out the window, it's just that all of the moves and punches look a lot different in real fights, you try to be faster, to hit stronger, the adrenalin kicks in, so it looks uncivilized and primal. But even great masters say that real fighting looks ugly, it's not artistic, it's aggressive and raw. Look up Victor Gutieres, he has some good stuff...
The originaly was recorded historicaly by the nurse man of Yip Mans before he die...(the man who watches Yip Man at house in his Dying days) So he capture the form!!! and i have seen it only from few people and i belive its the original Yip Mans Form its the 3d time i see it and i dont belive its on u tube...litle people know this!!!!

Motion Capture. Good for reference, but animation skills will only develop from free-hand animation.

Looks like it's Sifu Donald Mak doing the knife form. Not sure, but it sure looks like his footwork.

Nice animation, but I think think the knives are slightly too large.

is it gonna be a part of your demo reel? It's awesome, how long have you spent to work on this?

This is an excellent tool. Can't wait to see the finished product, even though it's not the version my sifu and sigung taught, it's still very good.
