I have an intel core 2 duo 2.40 Ghz with 4GB of DDR2 Ram, 250 gb hard drive (mostly irrelevant to wow performance unless you're running a RAID setup), and an NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT with 256 MB dedicated video memory and when it comes to Wotlk raiding, I'm in the 20's for FPS. I would suggest a minimum of 4gb of RAM, no less than a dual core processor, if not quad, and a 512 MB g card.
