Tommy, Your idea is great. But I think war has become too clean. If todays wars were fought like WWII then I think our leaders would think twice about starting one. They just don't fight all out wars anymore, they've become too neat and clean.

This is such a good idea...It is also a bit like Plato's philosopher kings...I would love to see the you in a socratic dialogue on this one. Very thought provoking! It would also be interesting to see George Bush, Blair and Brown actually on a battle field fighting for their lives in place of all the 18 and 19 year olds doing it now.
