Also bankruptcies soared during the third part of his reign, and the markets paniced and scored lower lows than "Bush" has scored. Racism can be generally defined as favoring or disfavoring one race over another.
The fact that he even brings it up when there were no racial comments from the other side shows that he clearly disfavors those different from him by basically pointing out that they're white and he's half black.
And about his grand parents, he referred to his grandmother as a typical white person. If that doesn't scream racism I don't know what does.

Well there was not much flip flopping if you go back and look at the debates he was for it and under Pres Clinton we got it, the only way not to get it was to vote for Perot and ppl hated the idea of 50cent gas tax and paying off the national debt with it. But I have learned especially with this $700 Billion bailout that the national debt is irrelevant, I look at the stock market and the rest and national debt makes no real difference it cannot be too large.

Clinton is wrong that people identify based on race or gender EVEN if it overrides their best interests. Would African-Americans support Obama if he wanted to re-institute racial segregation?
