There are two many other fighters who all say he greased u. I'm not saying Bj would've won or the outcome would've changed. But it does make the competitiveness of the fight a lot different. I have watched it several times. The 2nd round is where GSP gets the takedown and he is deep in bjs guard, legs wrapped and arms wrapped... I don't care who you are, a true grappler you can't just slickly power through. There was something wrong there.

watch the fight yourself again. i think you'll find the level of 'greasing' no worse than any other fight (where grease and sweat can migrate around the body while in the clinch or wrestling). i think you'll come to the conclusion yourself that there was no real impact on the fight by being slippery and GSP won by simply being the dominant/better fighter.

BJ Penn has ruined his legacy! He has proved him self to be a whiny baby. Voicing an objection is no big deal and perhaps that was the right thing to do, but once EVERY unbiased and reputable expert stated that this would have minimal to no impact on the out come of the fight.
Penn was overpowered, out skilled and basically dominated from bell to bell. Take your loss, shut up, go home, train harder and come back. Penn is a great fighter and if he lets this go will have a great future.
