I saw him on the routes both marching and being helped by Dutch Army marchers on the last day. I got a good photo of him with soldiers on each side offering support. I thought he had bad blisters, but overcoming an injury like that is a huge success. I also spent a year rebuilding my knee injury to finish in 2009. he stood out as someone that wouldn't let anything stop him from finishing. Great job Greene!
Respect, i iwalked with the dutch airforce patriot guys and we saw this man struggling to get to the finish. Helped him when he passed our resting point with a blanked, sofa and beer;)

All i can say is Respect. I walked the march back in the day. It wasnt as easy as i thought. This man should get a extra medal.
