Season 3 without nathan was alright, it stuck to the drama a lot more, with just as much comedy, but the difference between Rudy's humor and Nathans humor is rudy is like a massive cream pie to the balls whereas nathans humour is like a sharp snooker stick to the balls. Now that Alesha and Simon are leaving (season 3 finale) it's sort of the final nail in the coffin. i will watch it, but it will be a completely different show. i encourage you to stick with misfits, throughout the changes :)

There are some great British shows. But honestly for every good British show that Americans love (ie. Doctor Who, Misfits, Inbetweeners) I'm sure there is an equally great American show (ie. How I Met Your Mother, Supernatural, Spartacus) likewise... for every bad American show (ie. Jersey Shore) I'm sure there is an equally bad British show. I've not the energy to look up and waste my time on rubbish british TV, same can be said for the American side. Never seen an episode of the Shore. Yay Me!

@moytuk How is this a spin off of Heroes? In Heroes they were a race of people with Supernatural powers. In Misfits a storm caused it. They are a group of teenagers doing community service, not a load of people from around the world having their heads cut open by a power hungry clock maker! These two shows are absolutely nothing alike! You need to actually watch both the shows, not see that they both have people with powers, add 1 and 2 and get 5.
As an American....I have to say this show cannot get any better and there are no American actors who can embody the personalities and sex appeal as these British characters. The shitty subpar American teen idols of today will never match these guys. Keep this show going in Britain, and I hope that America leaves it alone.

I'm American and I absolutely love British television, it's edgy and original. I don't like any of the American remakes of British shows to be honest. I love Misfits and can't wait for season 3.

You still know how the end will turn out for the main character, yet it still keeps you interested. We make AMAZING films in originality... sometimes. But then when you look at VH1 and MTV... Ugh...

@moytuk How is this a spin off of Heroes? In Heroes they were a race of people with Supernatural powers. In Misfits a storm caused it. They are a group of teenagers doing community service, not a load of people from around the world having their heads cut open by a power hungry clock maker! These two shows are absolutely nothing alike! You need to actually watch both the shows, not see that they both have people with powers, add 1 and 2 and get 5.

As an American....I have to say this show cannot get any better and there are no American actors who can embody the personalities and sex appeal as these British characters. The shitty subpar American teen idols of today will never match these guys. Keep this show going in Britain, and I hope that America leaves it alone.

@denisg123 Well, it's the Actor's choice, not the show. They'll have a new actor playing a similar character. I personally am hoping that the person will have the proper persona to pull off the character. But the character is WRITTEN by the same guy, so he SHOULD be funny.

@icevalk Yeah you're right, because Dexter, True Blood, Us of Tara, Mad Men, the Walking Dead, Lost, Fringe, and Spartacus are all examples of shows that are not original and had to be stolen from someone else. Misfits is an awesome show and I don't want to see it remade, but to say America has no originality at all is just fucking dumb. Some of the BEST shows ever have come from the US and will continue to do so. PS, you're a racist twat.

Silence of the Lambs was an amazing film with some great acting done by an absolutely amazing cast; How I Met Your Mother is a great original series that has potentially endless possibilities. You still know how the end will turn out for the main character, yet it still keeps you interested. We make AMAZING films in originality... sometimes. But then when you look at VH1 and MTV... Ugh...

@ausdude77 How I met your mother is COMPLETELY Original. That 70's show has incredibly unoriginal character dynamics, and Family Guy is just... just no. OLD family guy was fine, but nobody thinks of the older, funnier Family guy when you say the name. So my statement stands.

The individual storylines, the characters and the jokes are, on the whole, very unoriginal. Not to mention the fact that how i met your mothers characters are very similar to the ones from that 70s show and that 70s show is older therefore more (although not very) original

Eric is socially awkward, shy, and has horrible problems with girls because he doesn't have the balls to take what he wants. Ted isn't socially awkward, he's just not open minded and wants to hurry up and find the right woman. He has the balls to take what he wants, and also has the skills to do it. He just hasn't found what he wants.

Barney: he's actually incredibly intelligent. Ho thought of the entire "Playbook." Genius.
