I've been reading about it and their are some basic things that arn't

f.x alone filter section ( like in traktor), their isn't a effect section so you cant see the pirameters or what effect your using.

dont know bout cdjs, but if you basically usin 1200's these days with a laptop and not rockin actual wax, you might as well opt for portability and move forward with technology...for the cost and space 1200's take up, a controller like this, and others to come will definitely be replacin the old tools...been on 1200s since 86, time to move forward.....

i would recomend tis but nothing beats tech turntables, vinyl just sound better and more control for scratching :]

this is pro equipment here, is bad ass, and could easily replace your cd'js and those 1200s who wants to carry more equipment?, i use my gateway laptop dedicated just for dj, i love this controler it eaven has a bypass for back up cd or what ever just in case of a computer crash,, very nice..

The stand was free with a purchase i made on pssl. They cost about 30 bucks. odyssey has one too for 30 bucks.

1. can use to live party, or just in house?

2. can you use mic, at the same time audio recording?

3. Can you able to use Headset while the other deck is playing, you can listen the the other deck?

What up, you can use it at a party or a house or a club. I have used it in the club and still do. The mic is kinda eh, so i would recommend a mixer board and plug into the board with mic and your vestax. yeahh you can use your headphones and see what the other deck is playing. Its a great machine.

the songs sound slower

I just test the vci 300. I could not get use to the jog wheels. I never use the cdjs str8 1200s guy. I'm waiting for the numark ns7.

I would say yes... pretty much the same but the layout is just different. And you cant see your cue point times on itch. I didnt like that with songs with long intros so i know when it starts. But everything you update in serato updates on itch. Vice versa too. So thats really good.
