  • thts good man

  • I must learn it ;p

    Thanks for this tutorial

  • the chords in this tutorial are different from the original crack a bottle on piano video!:S

  • fuck that!

  • I think the chords/melodie for the main song are: C#,E,A/ C,D#,G#/ C#,E,G#.

I thought that were the chords!?S:

  • ok, at first you said with your left hand you only hit 5 keys (F# G# A G# C#)

But when you start adding in the rest you hit a sixth key with your left. To me sounds like you hit the C# once more before starting again at F#

  • Best and accurate tutorial...thanks

    thx for upload from france

  • this is cool..if u wanna see other melodic beats including piano work..tacka nap at my page..thanks

  • Nice tutorial.

Can't wait for Relapse too, Em's a genius.

I don't like the fact Dre's doing most of the production for the album though. I prefer Em's production because he usually starts from a melody in his head then writes the music so it's 100% original. Wheras Dre tends to sample a lot. Crack A Bottle for example practically samples an entire song lol. Can't remember what song it was but it's old.

  • hey mate just so u kno Dre unlike most record producer, he avoids sampling as much as possible preferring to have studio musicians re-play pieces of music he wants to use cuz it allows him more flexibility to change the pieces in rhythm and tempo.

Additional 2 that Crack a Bottle is done from scratch, just dont be hating on mogul .. :)

  • I'm not hating on a mogul. Dre is great but he does sample a lot.

And no Crack a Bottle wasn't done from scratch. Dre sampled basically the entire beat. All he did was compress it and make it sound punchier.

  • fantastic , i love this song , and now i can play it, great job!

5 stars and a subscription in the bag dude :D

  • if anyone stuck with the chords just pause wheb they are pressed and look at his fingers. Also this might be a lil too hard if your just starting out piano/keyboard.

    great tuorial by the way

  • Well Done Boy

  • can u make a explenation of the notes with out coords for simple minded ppl like me :)
