aww i cant get thgru this film without another comment lol the hospital meal looked friggen amazing lol goodluck getting that here and also the hospital door was like the front door to my house vs now being slide glass or turn style...my real question i forgot was do u think the people exhibited or at leat 1 or 2 were actually drunk or just actrs of the time..(i dont say actressess all tho there was one cause he refers to the problam drinker as a male (he him) thruout
i love this video after seeing it it explains to me so much about why i feel organ pain now... but couple questions...1 what disease is barry berry ..sounds like thats what he said..2. isnt a question but more of a problam the alcoholics they show seem to be homeless people and i mean if u are fuckin homeless then obviously thats the problam/reason why drinking is the best cheapest easiest answer... just love how they explain its a unknown mental reason when they showing homeless people :P
ok seriously were they really this smart about it back then? do all these facts make 100% sense...if so man we were on the ball then and now... but one thing i have to say (im 15) there educational/informational videos back then dont beat around the bush and basically burn the knowledge in your head fast this video is so explanatory in so little time
detoxing from alcohol has to be one of the worst physical and mental experiences you can go through. I just went through 4 days of pure misery, insomnia, extreme DEHYDRATION, unable to eat, unable to drink anything. it felt like my hart was skipping every other beat, sweating, hot & cold, it felt like bugs or something was crawling all over me, I took a shower but didn't feel clean. I really thought I was going to die. the paranoia and anxiety is INSANE. you have to experience it to get it
@a2r1v1i2s wow sorry to say dude but u sound like a coke addict ive been diagnosed with cirrhosis and i can say drinking is completely controllable in the sense if u get blackout drunk u wont be drinking the next day (the alcoholics yous peak of [The drink every day ones] 90% of time drink every single day but enough that would not make u incoherrient during any point... people who drink 1 day then stop for 1 are far worse alcohlics cause they drink so intensly they hurt there body.. you detox..
@DigiBullet23 Yeah, I've done coke waaaaayyyyy back in the day only a handful of times. Alcohol, has always been my first love. It wasn't my first time detoxing, I've been to rehab twice. maintained sobriety for almost a year and then started drinking, increasing slowly for about 2 months. at the time of my comment I was in a 2 week blur, where I don't remember sleeping or really doing anything. the day I decided to sober up my house was a sea of vodka bottles and my house and car was....
@DigiBullet23 completely trashed on the inside with liquor everywhere. I'm guessing I was nearing a fifth and a half up to 2 fifths of vodka a day during my "binge" part of my relapse. every time I detox it seems to be getting worse. And anymore I get so drunk that I can still think "clearly" but my motor skills are so messed up. It doesn't help me sleep anymore, I just black out alot. I don't think I was at the DT's but this past withdrawal was the worst I've experienced yet....
@DigiBullet23 I've been sober for over a week now and am feeling really good. started going back to the gym and seeing my family again. It was a miracle I was able to hide this last episode from most people, so I didn't do to much social damage. I'm just sick of being an alcoholic, and I pray every day to over come the urge to drink. it's still there. I'm sorry to hear about your cirrhosis... I'll say a prayer for you man.
@a2r1v1i2s sorry for coming off harsh just been little worried lately ...congrats and keep it up.. i dont think we should quit drinking but just bring it back to a casual thing and controlled when we do
Too much alcohol is bad, of course, but a bit of alcohol every couple days is actually pretty good for your mood. After all, it helps you feel a bit better and you have a much less chance of getting addicted since your controlling it.
Lmao! Businessman gets hammered, sleeps on the streets then gets on up off to work again in the mornin to bang the secretary. Ah the 50's.. good times
From my experiences alcohol is very destructive and does much more damage than good. It gives you an artificial sense of well being but has no consciousness expanding qualities whatsoever. Don't get me wrong, it is fun, but do not overuse it because it will win in the end.
I always feel a lot worse from alcohol than i do from pot. If alcohol is legal, marijuana has every right to be. It is much more involved, and yet, much more forgiving than alcohol. Be safe, stay aware. :-)
Alcoholism is usually a bad bi-product of some sort of trauma that the person has had in the past. Those people use alcohol to numb and hide such traumatic events. :(
I'm really failing to understand if Alcohol is so harmful why is it still sold in bulk and publicized ? I mean it's waaaaay more dangerous and addictive than some highly classified drugs and yet it's perfectly legal and widely available !! I say it's the governments' fault.
Absolutely! Alcohol is more easily regulated than most [classified drugs] because people are typically too lazy and impatient to make their own. Not to get overly wordy or conspiratorial, but I'm pretty sure the government is getting double their share (profit-wise) from illegal substances through the "war on" and middle-manning, if not straight up importing/distributing ;)
The government profits so much from the taxes it enforces on stores that sell legally purchased alcohol that banning or restricting its consumption would only leave them with less money. If you want a source for this comment, reply and I will give you a series of peer reviewed sites stating what I have just said.
@analogvsdigital Right I believe it's experimental from the government and all drinkers have fallen prey to this drug... that is a sure to cause the body to SHUT DOWN a slow death
so many are addicted to it and beleive there are no harmful affects on the body in the future or immediat.
@analogvsdigital ill make u feel better right now i just got home from building shades for the first toronto ontario legal grow op and more then 300 pounds will be processed there every 4-6 weeks
but thats just marijuana ...i believe u are right they do get a cut here and there...expecially believable to me cause ive yet to see a single governement head show up other then the 1 guy who came for 1 hour when we were gutting the building...

Ahhh, I understand. You think that the term B2 was used for another maybe vitamin. I was wondering how it comes that they used G and B2, lol.

Kinda depressing when you realise that everyone in this film is probably dead. :(

or they could have had a traumatic event(s) happen to them, which drove them to drink.
