Most people who have a lot of money also go hand in hand with high levels of stress, cortisol, bad sleeping habits, diet and exercise. Also I am not sure how you deduce that this channel is for middle-upper class? I am a celibate monk who is certainly at or around poverty level income, but I still find relaxing usually very easy. I am saying I think it is a mind thing not a money thing.. thoughts?
