@Wheelhouse406 Yes, he fights tough guys, not very often. So far he's fought two. Colton Orr and Carkner.

However, the rest of his fights are usually with smaller guys, who don't fight as much as he does.

If he can stand up with the likes of Orr and Carkner, what right does he have going after anyone outside of the heavyweight class?

The thing is, no matter what "edge" any NHL player gets over Lucic in a fight, Lucic inevitably has an enormous edge in overall performance stats. So the Senator team can just suck a big bloated ball sack of last place for another four months.

@00StangGT00 Actually he told them not to break it up. And he just beat a top 5 heavyweight who KO'd Derek Boogaard last year, although it was a close fight. Lucic landed more and landed the better punches.

Good bout, despite Lucic getting Carkner's helmet off I'd rate it as a spirited draw as a B's fan. Love to see two guys with that kind of fighting acumen and respect for one another on the ice.
