Clearly this has been put on to wind up all you lefties, anarchists and general Police haters...and it has succeeded. Of course, the original incident which necessitated use of taser is not shown. Selective editing. The suspect had no doubt been violent, perhaps assaulted one of the officers, he was not compliant despite use of taser twice, so no probolem with a third shot. Officer safety comes first.

but at the start of most vids of this incident you can tell that one of the first officers did get elecrocuted, as he jumped away from the man. This is probably because the cop with the taser, was too eager to show how much' power' he had in his little toy.

how can they do this, surely they should be restraining him not tasering him, its stupid how they ie that single officer was allowed by fellow officers to use the taser on the guy... and yeah i would myself kick out after being tasered...it would likely bloody hurt. but it wasn't as if his strikes out to the officers were harmful. this officer over reacted because he was "injured" just before apparently, which shows that he could not control his emotions and lashed out with the taser.
