Lol...i got the schumaket 1.5a ,charger, the light did not run on saying I need to replace battery, it has been dead aincw last winter. How long would it take to charge...im worried I need a new battery. Its been like an hour allready
hey i just went to the auto store they had this fairly small charger tht said 1.25A 12V, but you cant select anything on it, it has 3 lights and the box says you can leave up to a 1200cc motorbike plugged in in the off-season. Will this work for my battery without harm, it is a lead battery which says 0.9A for 5-10 Hours or 4A 1Hour
thanks a lot, and how the tender gets the energy to supply the battery? sorry my newbiesh question, does it hacve to be attached to the wall or what? can a battery tender junior work well for a big motorcycle? like a 750? or a zx10?
A1: It plugs into a wall. The Junior looks like an AC adapter, but has an LED light that will look green or red depending on its charge mode.
A2: Yes, any of these will be fine for any motorcycle. The Plus! Which is more expensive, will charge the battery faster. I would go for the Plus! as it can charge a car battery faster if you are storing a car for winter while your bike is on the road for the summer.
