Yes! It's free. I've played it. Its SO MUCH FUN. But for me the graphics are so good i get bloodshot eyes if i play it for too long. :/ You can also be a fox person with fox ears and turn into a fox. (that sounded lame but ITS SO COOL!)

I didnt like this game at all. It took two days to install it then i played for 15 minutes then uninstalled it. The music was annoying didnt like people ganking my coins and treasure drops! If your bored with wow i suggest taking a year off and play again thats what i did.

International is a bit different, but I'm pretty sure chi is vigor. One easy way to get chi is to have the opposite sex kiss you, woot woot! Another is to use skills that don't require chi in the first place. But it's like rage, so you should get it by fighting. But if your current skills don't do anything, then kiss. But at your level you don't really need it, it's just for certain skills and power boosts which you can't do at your current level.

I wouldn't worry about chi until later on in the game at cause at lvl 13-35 your just mainly spamming Venom Scarab to kill mobs in the first place.

Chi rlly is not required until grinding for exp or PVP. Aside from that if you want to boost chi without kissing or attacking mobs with venom scarab spam the heal pet skill, takes a little while to add up but it works great.

There are different Perfect World's:

PW China, PW Korea, PW Vietnam, PW US, PW International, PW Malaysian, PW Malaysian-English, PW Philippines, PW Taiwan, and many more. You pick the one wherever you live, PW US/UK, International, and Malaysian-English are english ones for you and you can pick whichever you choose. ALthough since MY-ENG is the oldest it has the most stuff.

i admit asian MMOs have a tendancy towards the grind and ocassionally weak and even contradicting quest dialogue, but this is definatly one of the better ones, especially being free to play. It took me a while to get into but i am enjoying it somewhat now.

if you want the full version of the game, and not the stripped version. goggle = "swordsman pw" it has all the mounts, fashion, caves, weapons, armor, pets, aviation, battle pets, pk porotection AND it's actually FREE, unlike the "MY-EN" one, which when you get high level, you must spend real money on the item mall to compete with other players. Tell your friends, tell your wife :P
