  • Both jeeps are awsome! The one that did the recovery has amazing metal work

  • does the owner or yourself have anymore videos of that heavily modded green cherokee? i saw that really bad quality one..any better more recent ones...or is he on a forum with pictures of the mods??

  • the tires on the xj are 38 x 12.5 swamper sx's by the way i never got my helpers names we just had something in commen and they had been there be fore. awsome. i want to wheel with you again. let me know when you want to come back to maine. my add. is rtql8nxj38@yahoo.com

  • I own the xj i think i finally got all the bugs worked out i havent twisted off on axel since then. its got jeep j 20 axels 5.13 gears a spool and a detriot plus a few other things all wheels park is a testing ground and a good one at that.

  • why carry a full tool kit when you could just bring a few pairs of vice grips and a cresent wrench! haha thats awesome

  • anyone know the specs on that badass warthog lookin thing? what is it n whats on it?

  • stock 4.0, f350 axles, stock trans and tc. The cowl, windshield and roof are 98 cherokee. everything else was built by the owners. The radiator sits above the engine, thats why the hood is so high. It's sits on a custom frame and suspension.

Since this video it's gotten bigger tires,a storker 4.6 a revised hood, removable suicide doors and a more capable power steering set up. but as you know the mods never stop....

oh yeah cups holders after years of building they finally built cupholders

  • @Goodbyejoeproduction Would they be willing to sell that thing? Or make one like it and sell it?

  • @Goodbyejoeproduction how hard is it to put f35o axles on i have a 350 and a jeep and love the jeep more

  • That's some awesome recovery fella's

wicked jeep's and some good rubber on the jeep's too

is the jeep back or is it still broke ??

  • is it me, or is that a warhog from halo?

  • @StephenPeever yeah i was thinking the same thing...

  • wow those are some great cherokees. i have a 90 limited with a leaf spring conversion and shackle reversal also has tereflex high steer very big steering stuff. just put a dana 60 in the rear with 4.09 gears im still tryin to find a good 3/4 ton 44 for the front. as of before the 60 i had 30 front 35 rear on 35s and kept screwin the 35 up but for all of you that are thinkin about full width swap my dana 60 is out of a 73 dodge powerwagon(3/4 ton)and it bolted rite up exept some shock mount work

  • What size tires are those on the cherokee? I had some 34x9 TSL's on mine but those look bigger

  • I'm not sure what tires he had. Thats the one and only time we've ever seen the guy in the regular cherokee.

  • Do you think they could claim that under warranty? :-P

  • great vid. u guys are real 4 wheelrs helping each other out. good to see

  • good to see that people still have the heart to help out. thats awesome! to bad about the cherokee. i wanna know what lift he has so i know to by better control arms. haha. but all and all, you live and learn, so does that wallet lol.

     GREAT VID!

  • ha! nice to see some ppl still know how to

    tow a unstearable vehical.

  • that other trucks looks nice not the jeep the rock crawler 1

  • cool xjs man i love O.D. green on the truggy

  • Maybe you guys should of thought of somethin a little better than that lol

  • ha ha yeah. other suggestions were made but....

  • hi, can someone give me some help...m friend is willing to sell me his jeep cherokee for 300 bucks. I want to know if its worth it. It's a 1986, 2.5 litre fuel injection, 4 cylinder, almost no options on it, it's a 5 speeds manual. 182,000 miles on it, runs pretty good, needs minor work that can be done with the help of sum friends, got a few minor leaks i think. Also i would love to buy the tube doors to put on it, so i can catch some wind, and sun, but i want to be able to drive on the streets

  • so i guess i would need to find a way to mount side mirrors on it somehow, cuz thats a little risky driving on the streets with no mirrors. i see wranglers with no mirrors, but idk about cherokees, so if someone knows if you need side mirrors for steet driving let me know, thanaks, but if you don't then il just put the tube doors on and go, but do you even need doors on a cherokee on the streets or not? cuz if u dont i wont even buy tube doors with it...thanks

  • some places cops will ticket you if you drive with the doors removed (if they weren't ment to be), other places could care less. the green truck in the video is driven daily locally but they hardly get crap unless they get nabbed on the highway. but the local cops don't care. I drive a wrangler I've driven for years with no mirrors. i like having one so i bought a kit to mount them. as for the price i'd take it at least for a driver, you will want something a little more powerful eventually

  • ok, thanks man, what about putting the tube doors on? i shouldn't get stopped at all, cuz i mean there still doors, just not stock ones. Also do know where i can get a kit to mount side mirrors on if i remove the stock doors, cuz i will have to find some sort of kit to mount them.

  • LOL...awesome and balls!
