  • This is kind of a frightening version of "Anyone Who Had A Heart." I don't mean it in a bad way, though. It's frightening in the same way "A Requiem For A Dream" is frightening. So many layered minors going on at once that I'm waiting for a demon to jump out of my speakers

  • Kaleidoscapes of spookiness

  • "he who has ears let him hear"? If so, peace, love, and happiness to you. If not, same comment.

  • Awesome - reminds me of some Frank Zappa-y stuff, mixed with 70s psychedelia and a bit of Joe Meek production. Aye. S'good.. :D

  • That music nearly freaked me out. I love how your art is so unique, yet remains accessible... just...

  • Nice video-- Reminds me a bit of Germantown, or one of the nicer sections of West Philly. I used to run around shooting buildings also-- Some great stuff to found in town; Have you ever taken the Architectural Society's tour of the city? They take you round to all the most fascinating buildings and give you a bit of history about them as well. Great camera fodder.

  • Neat!

  • What a soundtrack! Where can I get a copy?

  • @jxaxmxixn You can download the video-- I made the track myself.

  • GOD is real, I know this after watching this video.

(Does god have a wicked sense of humor?)

  • doobydoobydoo...

  • @Dimbnd ......adoobeedee

  • I've been on a bit of an urban / architecture kick lately so this was really interesting. The music was weird. I like that too.

  • By the way this was originally done by Dionne Warwick in 1963. Witten by Bacharach and Hal David.

  • @CptUnknown I know! Thanks for posting this because I'm sure a lot of people don't know that.

  • I swear I can hear a cat in heat.

  • trippy dudette...

  • Very nicely done! I particularly like the ever increasing meowing which fits the pictures marvellously!

  • That architecture was lost, but now is found, due in large part to the sonic massage and bottle cap revelation!

  • I'm hot, tired, and feeling my age, then suddenly I get all this stuff to do...

  • @RONLAST well then I accomplished what I wanted to. Thank you for telling me, it helps me as well!

  • Great job on the song and video!!

  • It sounds like someone put a record on the wrong needle and then over lapped that with mediation music

Suffice it to say it gives me a migraine and the picture is shitty as hell

thanks for never posting again we all appreciate it

  • Hmmmm. Definitely like being someplace I was before. And a place I'd like to go again.

  • Your videos are usually hit or miss with me, but this time was a big ol' wallop in the face (that's good).

  • I am always amazed at your creativity.

  • The audio track once again is something only you can come up with and use for a video^^ Incredibly unique as always. And oddly absurd, yet artistic, to boot.

Personally not a fan of post-colonial architecture. Philly looks depressing to me and not in the melancholic or romantic way but in the 'donotwant'-way.

I think you gotta live there to find it somehow appealing ^^

How's the print sales going ? Getting sufficient revenue by now ?

  • @V0r4xiz I need more sales-- spread the word! I'm about as penniless as the neighborhood :(

  • we need more voices in this tune , turn it into a collab

  • @jmm1233 I like the sound of that-- go ahead and extract the audio and play around with it if you're so inclined.

  • @ghostofdayinperson thankyou , i can only do video remixing , but i think of something for you :)

  • best music I've heard in the last... 18 hours.

  • You never fail to alter my consciousness in desirable ways.

  • you are quite the specimen of normal insanity ;) or insane normality

  • Love, love, love Dusty. Oh, and I expect "lost" because no one alive has the skills to make anything like this any more.

  • @martymefurst I suspect that the skills are still there to do the work (stonemasons are still genius') but the money and desire to build this sort of thing isn't there anymore. A shame!

  • Great technique to overlay multiple vocals. Like this version.

  • Brrrrr ...I've got a funny feeling you did this to get a place in our dreams..

  • An avant garde masterpiece

  • Your use of Audacity was brilliant.

  • interesting

  • cool stuff, love! i'm not sure why it's "lost" tho--that bit sails over my head

  • Ghostie: I want to sit in a hand-painted kayak, sipping lemonade, and sail through your mind for two or three hours.

  • Very well done ! Very original!

  • For some reason I think this music is going to give me nightmares.

  • *speechless*

  • Brilliant! Anyone who had a heart would love this :)

  • Philadelphia looks beautiful.

  • Strangely haunting and effective soundtrack. :)

  • @philhellenes Thanks! I'm glad people like it because now all I'm doing is thinking about what I wish I had done differently. Oh well, I will know what to do for the next song......and then the whole scrutinizing process will start again.......

  • I like your style! : )

  • I'm scared.

  • you ain't got no pancake mix

  • The angel face looks like you. That freaked me out.

  • Those angel's faces (and lack thereof) are frightening.

  • I liked that...

  • Did anyone else get hypnotized?

  • boo!

    did I scare anyone?

  • @RELIGIONmustDIE, don't do that! I nearly had a heart attack.
