Man we used to do this at the Tyson plant I worked out, except on a larger scale to make lunchmeat. lf you were getting really into it you may want to consider smoking the product. It will cook while it goes, if you have a smoker and keep the temp up for a few hours you can get it done and taste good, or you could use the oven.
Afternoon...I was wantingto start making my own venison snack sticks and was wondering whichone of yours in the most common....maybe with a little bite....no to much....the pepperoni, worchestershire ot he pastromi.....thanks for all the great clips...very helpful
