Hot Topic carries a brand called Bloody Mary.. they are brilliant long lasting shades in neons. [=

there are lots of indie mineral makeup companies that sell super bright shadows, my favs are Fyrinnae, Aromaleigh, Meow Cosmetics, Stardust cosmetics and The She Space. Google for the websites. Aromaleighs brightest are called Rock's Sonic cosmetics and there are 80 shades. The stuff you find in drugstores are filled with junk that's basically just filler.

yeah, I think she is using a paintbrush for some of her stuff, they work just the same as makeup brushes.
