This setup is newer and allows a single pencil sized tube to be used. Instead of having the machine alternately blow and suck the water, it continuously blows it and you can expell the wastes around the tube which stays in because of a round bulb on the end of it. It also allows you the choice of inserting it yourself or having the therapist insert it for you as some people prefer. And the exhaust system eleminates any bad odor from the toilet basin.

The LIBBE an open system since 1994 allows for a newer version of colonics. Basically this table has a built in toilet. To clear up a few things. Water is never blown into anyone or sucked out. Both of these actions would do harm to the colon wall. Water is eased into the colon via the rectum. This will allow the feces a chance to soften, then the natural peristalsis will contract the colon wall pushing the feces and water back out of the colon around the rectal nozzle, for a natural release.
