This is a wonderful demonstration for making non dairy cheese. Can you please write the amount of each ingredient you used on the description bar, it is hard to estimate how much of each thing to use.
Can you use almond milk or any nutmilk instead of soy? There is too much GM soy in the marketplace and a lot of uncertainty about it;s health benefits/
Two questions: 1. To buy all of those ingrediants, does that cost more than if you were to buy some Vegan/non-dairy cheese at the store? 2. Is agar agar Vegan?
@itsMinuteMaid Hi, thanks for your comment. Yes, agar agar is made from a type of bean and it's the most common vegetarian alternative to gelatine.
When it comes to the ingredients' cost, it really depends on where you buy them and what are the dairy alternatives. In general, ingredients tend to be better value than a prepared food, because you can use them again and again.

Exactly where do you buy Casshieu, Agar, Mizo, and "nutritional" Yeast ?

@Xilosphere You can search for natural food stores in your area using the Green Eats guide on veria.com.
And miso can also be found at Japanese grocery stores. Hope this helps, let us know if you found the ingredients!
