acully the hellsing manga started in 1997 when the first DMC game came out in 2001... soo that isnt likly. not to mention that alucard carries two different kinds of gus, ARMs .454 cassull and the jack, as to dante who carries the guns of the same brand, ebony and ivory. plus you cant think that guns are a ripp off cuz they have the same colors. trigun has a black and a silver gun but thier not rip offs

@hihuli8 knive made two pistols one for vash and one for himself, vashes was silver knives was black, and if i recall correctly knives used his to destroy a city so vash shot him in the leg

@willcutu Kohta Hirano stated that Vash was a massive inspiration for Alucard's character (most obvious in volume 1 when his appearance was drastically different). And keep in mind that before volume 2 Alucard just carried one big silver gun, just like Vash.
