I kept everything in check, worked everything out in a calm manner, showed her respect and never had any troubles with custody plus had a very inexpensive divorce. If you show animosity towards one another, everyone loses out.
When you do get time with them, take the high road teach them to forgive and pray for their mom and assure them that better days are coming, every dog has its day.

My ex was doing the same thing, and it just so happens that I discovered she was sleeping with her workmates husband. At after work drinks one night, her workmate slipped some rohypnol into her drink and took her home. I texted myself from her phone saying suicidal stuff, then I rang an ambulance and said she tried to suicide, they put her in the mental health ward under watch, and I got custody over the 'depressed suicidal alcoholic' mother.
If that is what she said, and this is a filmed record of what really happen, then I hope you are using this in the proper venue, with proper legal assistance. Otherwise you might be ruining your own chances of getting things right.
I think you should be listening to what your ex says to the court or the police, doing things right, with legal assistance & more concerned with protecting your children and your rights, before worrying about media attention, public simpathy or what she watches on tv.

Child support is dictated as a percentage of ones income while working, and each state has its own guidelines,..they even take it from yur unemployment check too,..so u get even less if your out of work..and most states dont care if she up n goes away with the kids, they'll still make you pay for the 'lost time'..its a never ending waste of time and heart breaking, let alone stress on ones life. We dads don't get much chance in the courts, no matter what they tell you.

Child Support is never the answer for anything my father was hit with it in a unjust matter, if you must keep kids anyway from any parent make sure you do it in the right way and not just go " Oh I will just get child support on his/her ass and that will slove all my problems " I heard they change the law on child support so no one goes to jail or something like that, and from what I remember the court MAKES UP what a person has to pay on child support to !

Facts are this,..men if not married have only ONE RIGHT, AND MARRIED?..WE GET TWO,..BUT ONLY after the courts hear a woman's 99 rights under the law. Courts do almost nothing for men, period, tho studies show in domestic cases of violence, the women start it 85% of the time by hitting first, and when the guy retaliats he then gets locked up. i shouldda been a lawyer, cuz i spent 13 yrs fighting the system, 6 9 weekends injail for contempt of court cuz i was right and fought for it.
