zig-pulse are...well, how do i put this, crap. you should get zig-dynamite, whick is pretty much upgraded zig-pulse, with more paddin and better material. OR you should get what i recomend, ree- zig, its pretty much zig-dynamite ( only a little better material and padding) and they make you run,jump,turn, etc. better. they also make you taller. thats my opinion. glad if i helped

@chefwyatt99 Hi Chef! Chef...I think that by now, they've fixed this defect that a LOT of these Zig Pulse's were having. Reebok agreed with us that ours WERE DEFECTIVE. Did you get Zig Pulse's?? I'd recommend you just keeping them and using them a LOT, and hopefully they'll be ok! IF THEY have a PROBLEM, call Reebok and tell them about it. They're real great at replacing defective shoes, BUT, don't forget to save your RECEIPT, OK little buddy?? Best to you...

I'm an employee of Reebok, and I've studied these shoes. If you put them in the washing machine, your going to mess them up. It wears them out faster. And also, if your child was using them for Track shoes, as in track and field, you chose the wrong shoe. The ZigTech is not designed for that. I have 13 pairs of Zigs, I wear them all the time, and I have never experienced problems with them. Be aware of the way you use them. For track, try a ZigNano. And shop in a Reebok outlet for discounts.

i've worn mine for 6 months now, working in a warehouse, pounding, strafing, really beating the crap out of them for 8 hours a day. they are holding up fabulously. i was surprised because at first i thought them kind of delicate. but they are holding up great. once broken in, they are really comfortable, and the cushioning holds up way better than regular running shoes. the soles are especially tough. that's been my experience.

Your zig pulse is not falling apart because of having them for awhile, shoes are meant to last. however if you wear these out in the rain or in a puddle the fabric will begin to tear the fabric is not waterproof. if u dont wear them in water then they will stay in good shape

These shoes seem to wear down really fast. I think they think ppl are gonna be using them for training or mostly indoors or on a nice surface as oppose to your regular sidewalk which is pretty stupid on their part. I own 2 pairs of k swiss tubes, they were 80 bux each and within a month i lost all the traction on their soles. If i walk on a hard wood floor that slightly wet i will fall because i have no traction. Im afraid to use those shoes anymore.

Those shoes are running shoes... You wear them when you run. If you wear them when you're not running they will act like any other shoe and get worn out and jacked up faster. Use them for their intended purpose and they will last for the 5-6 months you're hoping for. Or you can tell your kids to get jobs and buy their own shoes.

I am so glad I saw your video, I have been trying to call Reebok to find out if they will replace the shoes, we bought ours in Sept., and it's now early March and they are literally falling apart! My son is in college and doesn't have much time to do anything but study, so, I'm thinking the shoes should have lasted a little longer than that! I'm sorry you're having the same problem. If one goes on Amazon and reads their reviews on these shoes they'll find that a LOT of people are in our boat. You're well within the warranty period-just call Reebok, and they'll set you up with an Return Authorization # for you to send them back with, and what we've done is that we've asked for Zig SONICS instead for replacements as the uppers look sturdier. We sent ours off a few days ago-we'll keep you posted!
