Its the only thing that I have noticed, being a person that has been bullied severly throughout my childhood, parents do their best to protect their children from bullies, a child hits another child and the school thinks that it is funny and they will not act against it.

Aaawwrr he is adorable! I was bullied all through primary school so I know what it is like! He seems such a happy young boy and his mother was doing the right thing! My school never did anything about bullying either! :L But im not 15, and stick up for myself, so Im hoping that this boy grows to be bright and has no more problems with bullys!
