I'm gonna dislike this, cause the uploader was being an idiot. This is an anime, so it's outright stupid to try and apply real world logic to it. The breast moments used in this anime is made to make the anime more appealing to otakus, who finds anime characters more attracting than real world people, and are therefore (mostly) turned-on by fanservice like this.

the annotation is wrong, The weapon here used seems to be a M14 polymer variant with a Mod. 0 attachment rails in the front with a 4x acog scope. the Muzzle velocity of the M14 is around 850m/s, which is 0.85km/s, which in turn comes to 51km/minute, which then becomes 3060km/hour. The weapon, based on the sound alone might be using subsonic 7.62mm ammunition which would bring the muzzle velocity even more down. but even so, the original figures are off.

Usually in animation, 'breast physics' are done wrong. Either they are too rigid and act like round bricks attached to the torso, or are over-bouncy and jello like.

I think this animation is the perfect balance of the two and should be used by animators everywhere as a reference on how to create realistic breast movement.
