How is the DX broken? Does it freeze on power up ('cause mine does that...).

It's got all the typical old DX problems:
1. It freezes (I don't mean it glitches-- I mean it stops working)
2. The tempo is unpredictable
3. It'll erase stored patterns without warning
4. Only half the buttons work, the sliders are noisy, etc.
Still, I can't seem to get rid of it! Even partially broken it's great.
