So my issue tonight was that my mom decided to make a completely vegetarian dinner tonight, meaning i had no protein for my meals tomorrow! Any suggestions on a quick easy way to get a good source of protein when i dont have the time to cook fish/chicken/meat?

I usually eat 4 egg whites with 4oz. of cut up chicken and a cup of spinach all scrambled together and a piece of wheat toast and an orange. but its seriously getting old. What else is a good breakfast to keep calories low but still fill up?

I used to pack my lunches like that too. Except instead of ice packs, I'd just freeze a water bottle and stick it in there, so that by the time lunch rolled around my food was still fresh and I had a nice, cold refreshing drink to go along with it.
you can do better than this get raw veggies like peppers onions radishes tomatos or what ver ya think fits pasta take some ragu or whatever you want jared pasta sauce cook the veggies in the sauce and enjoy you pasta spagehtti linguini so on so forth little bit more time 10 mins with a good knife.
i'm gonna try this for losing weight and maintaining it because school lunch sucks all it is. is fatty hope it stays alittle warm during the day I eat around 12:45
i just eat raw veg mixed with a tin of tuna a spoon of chilli flakes (in vinagar not dry) and a few wall nuts. yum. i also sometimes have a tin of harricot beans(in water not souce, i tin of sardines and chilli. that one is a bit more carbie but if its pre training whatever.my farts do seem to stink since iv'e been eating more greens and beans though. ; )

I also throw in 1 apple, 1 orange, a small handful of walnuts, 1 stick of celery with smart balance peanut butter, a light & fit yogurt, and sometimes a protein shake in my lunch box as well. I split this up and have something every 2 hours. I drink a gallon of water a day. Is all this okay? I'm trying to lean out and get a sixpack. I also lift and do cardio. THANKS!
quick question for you i heard that steamed veggies lose all there vitamins due to all the hot steam ??? is that true and what can u eat late at night before right before you go to sleep cuz as soon as i get off of work i go home shower and eat then sleep bcuze i have class early in the morning!
I am cutting but I am already pretty lean and about 10% bf, I want to drop to 7% but maintain my size, I don't want to lose muscle as I restrict calories. So, would I maintain size if I just kept my protein intake very high?
@sakoking just make sure you eat some extra protein for insurance, but the most important thing is eating every 2-3 hours!! otherwise you will go into a catabolic state and start burning muscle instead of fat

Cooking your food for the week is easy if you are motivated. If you prepare your meals and cook in bulk on Sunday's then place them in containers for the week in the fridge you are good to go. No more excuses
