Thanx for the videos. I watched this and pretty much loved your technique. no saws or anything else makes for less to carry and less mess. Also works well in the field if you carry out your game to rid yourself of xtra weight. Pretty much have adopted your style for butchering all four legged creatures i hunt. I did have to use anothers for the steaking but its gotta be 95% yours. I did a couple of deer for some friends and they were amazed how fast i did it. I wont give secret away.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge! I was just given a haunch of venison on the bone and by following the end of part 2 and the start of part 3, I was able to get the bone out and divide the rest of it into really nice, decent sized pieces of meat. It's hardly a professional job, but I'm really pleased with it :) Thanks again.

Next time I am stalking Roe is November, I will deffo try this method of butchery. Thanks for the vids, saved in faves. Bloody moth is watering here!!
English is my second language and I perfectly understand the guy ,you pay little more attention I guess BTW you are doing such great job it looks so easy,thank-you
How can you people not understand him? Actually, probably because your all yanks, we speak English here in Australia, not American. And this guy is from the UK incase you were wondering.
Excellent, it's great to see someone who knows what he is doing. Have you considered running Roe butchering courses for DSC2 holders (or any deer stalkers) ?
Great, it just lacks the actual field dressing part of the job. Any chance you can do one for us. Have watched hundreds of muppets on here trying to do it but even to the untrained you can see the mess being made, paul is mint!!
They are very well made and definitely highly instructional.
Until now I've butchered only few animals, but that was enough to know , that what your skilled hands make look so easy in the video , is in reality a difficult task for someone that like me doesn't know exactly how to proceed .
I wish i had watched this earlier I have just finished skinning and jointed 2 roe deer my first stalk aswell. I had ago but definetly didnt look like his. Next time I think I will watch this as Im doing it
I just processed my first deer of 2008, after watch this guy. It was so much easier than the way I've done it in the past. Thanks so much for these clips, your a true artist in what you do.
Great Video! Very Informative. He definitly knows what he is doing. Alot better than some of the video's that are out there. He is a true professional.
