I'm going to buy the dvd's off of the Namaste website. I love the creative photography format...and i actually prefer the rainy night/warehouse backdrop better than the beach or the sunny park; the industrial background is such a great contrast to the yoga. It seems to convey that tranquility is a state which you create, rather than something difficult to find...especially in urban areas.
So this *is* the NamasteYoga that's on FitTV? I was searching through my digital cable guide for a daily yoga program and only found "NamasteYoga" on FitTV... Its on in an hour. If this is the same, it looks really good!

Haha that was a joke! Most of the comments I've seen on the show are from guys who ARE "just watching".... plus, I've been known, in my lazier days, to just watch shows like that, instead of following along! :)
The "heart opening" one was on yesterday, I followed along and it was probably one of the better yoga workouts I've ever done.
I love doing the workouts in the morning, a nice relaxing flow.
