blue = federation , yellow = cardassians, green= romulans , red= klingons, those are they only ones i can tell, i know the breen are in there somewhere, ive seen this before but i dont remember where.... hope that helped a lil

The Romulan warbird is my all time favorite. The portraid it as being many times larger then the galaxy classin the TNG season 1 "The Neutral Zone. It looks really menacing. I want one!

Romulans has more antimatter stock in their ship, so they can cloak while fighting and still had their shields up!

Wrong Romulan vessels are power with a artificial quatum singularity. due its nature once started up it cannot be shutted down.

also shields weapons do not function wile cloacked due the huge power drain of the cloaking device. only 2 ships have ever been seen on screen beeing able to fire cloaked. a klingon BOP and start trek VI and the scimatar in Nemesis.

All in all you don't want to mess with them thats sure.

i dont remember which episode talks about romulan's main engine. but yes i've seen it in Nemesis to shoot a planet right?

the one you saw in nemesis was a tachion based reactor. a wierd and letal piece on engineering.

but a quatum singularity is think would be easiet to discribe to compare it with a sun. once the reactions tarts it maintains itself without outside help and it can't be stopped. thats is also I think the reason no one els uses them for if they overload you are screwed big time.

Shinzon's ship was powered by the thaleron weapon and was probiliy more powerful the the romulin ships.

The Scimitar (Shinzon's ship) Wasn't a Romulan design but a Reman design so officially it is not a Romulan vessel.

And that kind of reactor is a bit lethal as you know for sure :)

i'm not an expert on this, but i think the romulans and the vulcans had a war thousand years ago because romulans do not wish to follow the teachings of surak. The romulans left and decided to create thier own world... In the mid 24 century, they finally want to become allies with the federation. So, in a way they are kind of getting along with the vulcans.
