Great guide, biggest fear for me as a tank regarding this dungeon (and Zul'Gurub for that matter) is which mobs of the trash I should be focusing on etc as everywhere there are guides on the bosses but the fail to mention these little guys which are where a couple of wipes have happened in the past.

@Marwolaeth01 I like to CC the trash axe throwers, they do shit load of party wide damage. The bleeds they can do if they stack on you can get high as 25k per tick and people die faster than a healer can get to a couple people at once. Make sure heals is willing or heads uped on removing them, it helps alot. I know ZA trash can be tough with a lower dps group, so don't be affraid of asking for CC's everywhere. Learn your CC's as tank so you know what will break and order to take em ect.

@IcechickenSr Oh and If you don't do it, keybind at the very least your "skull" mark so you can change it rapidly on the fly. it is amazing how fast trash dies when you or someone puts up a primary target mark. Otherwise everyone is hitting all kinds of stuff and all it does is prolongs your agony when all mobs are still able to put out a little bit of each of their abillities on the party. It helps you hold onto Aoe groupes a little easier too as they know which mob your threat will be greatest

I can't STAND this idea that you should know ALL about an instance before you've done it even once. I waited until I was well above the gear requirement for this dungeon before doing it and I still get vote kicked every, single time. In the words of the immortal Nyhm: "$15 is a bargain for this stress."

@tarrker I totally agree with you. All I do is tank, and I'm not really "geared" because this my first 85, and I have no idea how to do any of the heroics, so obviously I don't do any. First one I tanked was Stonecore (had to be Stonecore :/), and after wiping twice on the second boss the group kicked me WHEN IT WASNT MY FAULT. Healer didnt do what they were supposed to and always died first, then one dps went afk, so I got blamed for it.

Also, for Halazzi. Does the tank not have to worry about the lynx spirit? In the video you kind of just let trample your party, it shouldn't be too hard to just taunt it. Explain?

@TerSandman Sure, I'll explain. I personally think it's relative to a party. It isn't hard to taunt - I did mess up on a taunt - thus hindering (the success of the the 8 sec. cooldown) on taunting the other Lynxes - so our guildie (healer) had to compensate for my mistake. But yes, it isn't hard to taunt and should definitely be done that way.

Ok so ZA looks pathetically easy. Except for one pull with the bear riders and the note about the trash before Malacrass, I saw no CC used at all, just AOEing everything. Eagle boss looked easy, Bear boss was a joke, Dragonhawk boss looked kinda hard but not really (FIRE BAD), Lynx boss looked easy, Malacrass looked easy (maybe harder if you try to kill the adds?), and Last boss looked hard only for dragonhawk (didn't see bear or eagle part). ZG on the other hand looks hard as hell.

great guide BUT one thing you got not totaly correct: when the lynx boss summons the lynx all have to stay on the boss and ignore the lynx add, just keep doing damag on the boss. reason is, that the lynx add will disapear as soon as the boss gets down to a certain number of hp.
