  • @bigspecialk...how stupid was that comment..grow up...this has nothing to wit color...cuz we all know bullies come n all colors...

  • i love judge judy, this is what bullies need, to be put in a vulnerable position infront of everyone to see how pathetic they are

  • I always like a "Bully" mentality. They make excellent punching bags. Because Bullies are cowards at heart. They never pick on anyone that they believe will put up a fight. They look for the smallest person in the room. I should know, I was usually the smallest person. Alot of times, they would size me up. And schools REALLY DON'T address the problem. So I would usually take it upon myself to resolve the issue. You'd be surprised how quickly a bully getting their ass whooped, straightens it out

  • How do people let their kids get like that?

  • @MrOnionterror People let their kids get like that, BY NOT RAISING THEM PROPERLY! It's all this "time out" non-sense. I grew up in the 1980s; when it was KNOCK OUT , as opposed to "time out". Whooop a child's ass, the first time that they get out of line, and you cure that "bully" mentality REALLY quickly. When children want to start acting like they are grown ups, then show them what it is to be a grown up. "Break your foot off" in a child's backside. Its like a good cup of soup.

  • Does anyone else think that Judy might have been bullied?

  • now she see how it feels to be shout at

  • Kudos to the plaintiffs for not bringing up a stupid lawsuit with "medical costs." They just wanted to teach the defendant a lesson. Well that and embarrass them. And kudos to Judge Judy for doing that. And the $10 award for being a respectful kid.

  • can i go on judge judy there's this girl in my shool like that

  • @NerdzyGrl16 beat her

  • A lot of this is that the younger generation all see themselves as victims!!

  • The sad thing is that the aunt is going to defend her actions. This girl is going to continue to be horrible to others, end up living off the state and not supporting society!

  • judge judy was still nice enough to hand the defendant a tissue

  • @TayGlam13 It wasn't that. It's that tears leave white streak marks on the wood finish of the prop tables that each litigant stands at.

  • @reymatt76 well then.....that's nice of her :P

  • 7:25 wtf lol?

  • LOVE this! I just showed it to my 5 yr old daughter and talked to her about it. That girl with the braids had a bad attitude and so did her aunt. Good job Judge Judy.

  • 7:27

    aaahhahah wtf?

  • The importance of disciplining your kids -,-

  • LMAO. I'm 17, i'd wipe the floor with Roshanda, and her little henchmen.

  • maybe there is hope for humanity, there must be more people like Judge Judy

  • I love, Love, LOVE this clip! I wonder if "Miss Attitude" will really change her ways for good. I don't think the aunt was on the same page as J.J.- I do love J.J.s attempt to teach her that lesson.

  • this bully epidemic we have is ridiculous, people using facebook and the like, telling people to kill themselves just because they are gay or different. if I ever have a kid who bullies, they wil have no idea what's coming

  • I hate bullies!!!

  • Lol 10 dollars hauhauhau

  • LOOK AT THE PEN!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i don't know..

  • I felt like I was in a principal's office the whole time, LOL. xD

  • The attitude on that girl is just awful! I wouldnt mind but she's also pretty stupid if thats the best lie she could come up with after having all that time before she appeared to think of an excuse lmao! Her aunt wasn't much better. At least the pl's mother seems to be a very together lady who loves and cares for her daughters wellbeing.

  • any1 else feel like they want to roundhouse kick that girl in the head? FUUUU her attitude pisses me the FUU OFF HAI-YAH!

  • This is just great. You gotta love Judge Judy.

  • I LOVE Judge Judy, wish she was in Australia!

  • I agree with all the comments about that ignorant girl. But i'm barely 20 and dude's would write with pens like that sometimes and nobody thought of it. least they wouldnt get mad if you joked about it lol.

  • What a fucking dickhead of a kid, seriously

  • 11:29 While Judy was speaking, the girl was searching for a "hole" in her words, witch is why the girl makes that :) face after speaking. But he reaction after Judy basicly says "Bitch, that aint working" is just prizeless XD

  • that gurllllll has some stinkiinnnggg attitude!!!!!!

  • What the hell is this thing? ❀

  • Think she is going to be incarcerated in a couple of years or pregnant with a few kids...

  • @Bashanvibe Did you feel that this case was a misrepresentation of people of color? Both the plaintiff & defendant fit your description; are they both wrong? Your grammar leads me to believe you relate to the defendant in this case.

  • I'm glad I don't have Judge Judy's job. Bullying is a real problem. I'm actually wondering what happened to the plaintiff after the show, if the girls continue to attend the same school. I can't imagine there was no retailiation.

  • BITCH ASS ASSHOLDS... if i was judge judy i wouldve jumped over the damn bench and taken off my belt with an ass-whopping till the bitch couldnt give no more attitude because of psykological trauma

  • akuma4u what i'm trying to say is that there our a lot of people watching this and some is gunna think that all black people are like this cause t.v. has brain washed a lot of people

  • I LOVE JUDGE JUDY. She got what she deserved and can now use this to make her a better humanbeing.

  • lol 14:18 quadruple negative!

  • roshanda scares me..

  • AAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!! THE GRAMMER!!!

  • im not racist but DAMN black people just keep living up to their stereotypes

  • @thisjointisloose So when two white folks act the fool on shows like this it's not living up to a stereotype? Your comment is racist and dumb.

  • @thisjointisloose u seem racist to me

  • justice has been served, and the bully has been exposed as the dumb crybaby she is. i can only hope that judge judy's psychological onslaught has instilled in this bully a sense of empathy, compassion, and respect for others. $10 is a very small price to pay to learn such a valuable lesson. i doubt any after-school program would've been any more effective teaching this to the bully than judge judy....... and now the next case!! =D

  • @calidude146 Amen! I hope that it had a lasting effect, though you know what they say about leading a horse to water...at least Amanda will probably feel safer now. I used to go to after-school programs in elementary school, and there was plenty of unchecked bullying there.

  • @TheOutgriber I doubt that she learned anything from this, with her aunt defending her all the way.

  • Judge called her stupid

  • @tepitts I was surprised by that comment, too. It was hard to watch.

  • @ImaoWutsUrs1 I don't think she would normally criticize a child like that. I believe JJ said that to make her feel what it's like to be in the victim's shoes.

  • hey, that's my brothers pen.

  • Poor Amanda.

  • Judge Judy = Medusa (from the Little Mermaid)

  • @kristine5050 Do you mean Ursula? Medusa is from ancient mythology.

  • @lekoman I stand corrected! Haha, thanks.

  • hheeeeyyy roshanda fozanda matanta panda manda!!!!11!!!

  • my gosh if that girl sighed like she was with me I would have slapped her. Geez. That girl needs a good whooping.

  • this is a miss representing how people of color behave this is not normal!!

  • @Bashanvibe Wow, really?? I looked at this video a few times and never once thought about color. Looks like some spoiled brat with no structure in her life or any strong positive minded adult to set an example for her. That to me has nothing to do with being black, it's just an unfortunate situation that may not get any better.

  • @Bashanvibe "This is a misrepresentation of how people of color behave. This is not normal."

  • relax with the people of color bullshit, obviously it's not a misrepresentation because it's REAL LIFE. this happens in everyday life in everyday neighbourhoods across the world, stop playing the race card. We already know that this behaviour isn't restricted to the black community it happens in every race, and if this simple fact isn't understood by an individual then hoop them When you know better you do better and that goes to every race and creed on this earth. I'm out

  • @zoom5065 Unfortunately anytime there is a black person on this show, we get both sides: the racist white people saying "dumb nigger this and that" (and usually they misspell half the comment) and then the racist black people saying "this person is not representing our people, being exploited, etc. etc." But ultimately you're right. These are just people. They're not "representing" anything, but themselves These people are def lower class, but it's a class thing more than a race thing.

  • I feel sorry for this child's grandmother. She needed an old fashioned "talking to" a looooooong time ago. Disrespectful little thing. I wish Judge Judy would've given her a little more, them fake tears. She thinks she didn't do anything wrong. She should've given her enough to make the aunt stand and take notice. That woman did nothing but embarass herself. smh tragic

  • One of he best Judge judys ive seen,,,this episode portreys one of the biggest problems in America with youths not being brought up properly, either because the parents are not around ,or they were left with Grandma who just can only do so much in raiseing a young kid.Its really sad seeing this, seems like there is no option for the girl untill she actually grows up and realizes how hard life is when your always getting into trouble.Alot of kids unfortunatly have to learn on their own.

  • @BigSpecialK23 or because they are racist illiterate blacks, like the idiot u elected for ur president. the real fault lies with you, not with america. for not seeing racism and incompetence, and running after skin color when u vote. idiot

  • @whisky432 basically your just saying Americans are stupid for voting for a president only because hes black?,LOL,,hmm i can tell your not too bright

  • I called my 10 year old daughter into the room. Had this on full screen, so she couldnt see the title or description. She watched this and looked at me, and said "I am so glad I'm not mean to people like that". And I said, "yeah you are, because if you ever turn into that girl, it's time for the belt".

  • Wow, this poor girl. Look at the influence around her and you wonder why she has such a bad atitude. The older adult that showed up with the bully is a terrible influence!

  • @Darckcloud73 Bullies like the defendent need the public humiliation in order to change their ways for the sake of their future and their victims. DId you see how in the beginning she had no respect for an authoritive figure like Judy, She has even had sessions with police officers to change her behaviour and it still hadn't changed her attitude. If the defendent has any brain cells, she will have taken this ass-whooping as a wake up call, and will thank Judge Judy for this event in the future.

  • @LubbliJubbli and if you believe that than that is even sadder. I said poor little girl because she has such terrible ifluences around her that she has no choice but to follow suit. If your mother, father or gaurdian is fucked up, nine times out of ten the child will be fucked up. This girls is being raised by her aunt and her grandmother. The aunt has a bad attitude just as well as the bully so how can you expect the buly to be different when that is all she is being taught.

  • @Darckcloud73 It is very rare that children escape the deadly cycle and influence of the adults who raise them. Maybe you thought I said poor little girl because I felt she was being mistreated by the judge. But I really felt bad for heer because they was she was raised, she has nothing but a hard life in front of her becuase no one is telling this girl she is wrong, all the aunt kept saying was but this and but that as if there is an excuse for this girl to be so rude.

  • @Darckcloud73 Eh? So because the aunt as bad attitude i should feel sorry for the girl and blame the aunt immediatly? Yes she must have learnt the bad attitude from somewhere, from her aunt, her Grandmother,or her friends, but that doesnt mean that we have to be a bit more softer on her. Her aunt doesnt care, and whether her grandmother has tried to intervene is unknown, but all i know is that the defendent hasnt changed her ways prior to this because of her attitude to the judge.

  • @LubbliJubbli you are totally missing what I am saying, I am not saying go easy on her, what I mean is I pity her because she will never amount to anything because she doesn't have a good role model. I am not saying we should give her a break, I can just see the road she is heading down and with the adults in her life, they are to sorry to se it or do anything about it. So please don't think I am excusing her behavior, I just see one more idiot being raised.

  • @LubbliJubbli Children aren't born bad, they are raised bad! If this girl was born to a family that consists of a mother and a father who were vert atentive, this girl would be a different person. That is why I feel sorry for her, but I am not excusing her behavior

  • @Darckcloud73 The necessary discipline she needed from her aunt & grandmother wasnt given & she needed to hear the harsh truth from someone else. I agree, sometimes the household a person grows up in, does affect the person they become. But if her behaviour wasnt addressed the way judy did, can you imagine HER becoming a mother & passing on her views & attitude to her children? How many other children will have to be bullied because of her being a victim of how she was raised?

  • should be class room bully instead of schoolyard bully . heheheeh anyways very touching story. nice job judge judy. you are teaching life lesson as well as doing your job.

  • @senyum0 You're right. I changed it accordingly. Thanks.

  • u got tht right

  • This is awesome! Judge Judy is right for getting on the mean little girl's ass. There is no justification for bullying. All little bullies need to go to Judge Judy and let her tear them apart.

  • This was one of my favorite Judge Judy Episodes....... Two Thumbs up for this one Judge Judy and Bless your heart......

  • 11:35 Judge demolished her rofl

  • I was initially shocked at how such a young girl could have such a bad attitude. *Judge Judy speaks to her Aunt* - Oh that's how.....

  • @TheEmmabradshaw That is exactly what I was saying earlier, she is a bad apple because she came from a bad tree. And the aunt will tell this girl she was right and did nothing wrong because if she can watch her smart mouthed niece talk crap to a judge and then herself stand in front of the judge and try to give excuses for the niece, then you know this entire clan is bad!

  • @Knightmare2k6 Lol. Why so racist? xP

  • Damn she called her stupid.. ROTFLMAO!!!!

  • The mother did the right thing by taking this to court. Who know what would have happened if she didn't

  • Comment removed

  • i feel like the bully's aunt didn't help her case lol

  • What a great example of Judge Judy leading the witness into a trap by giving her the information that will lead her to contradict herself. Brilliant, brilliant stuff! I'm gonna start using this.

  • sometimes my grandmother do. ITS.....DOES!!!! Speak PROPER ENGLISH!!!!

  • @FoxFire1281 You don't know how to use apostrophes, ellipses, or exclamation points. Maybe in future you should write proper English when criticizing the English skills of others?

  • @SapphoGrl4U In FoxFire1281's defense, he was imploring her to "speak better English," he said nothing about writing better English. So while I agree with what you said about the excessive or missing punctuation marks, I think it wouldn't apply in this case.

  • that twat must have a dry ass mouth considering she doesnt shut her lips to even speak properly...theyre big enough...

  • IF I WAS A BLACK PERSON AND I SAW THE WAY THIS BAILIFF ACTS, AND HE DOES IT A LOT, HE MOPES UP TO THE PLAINTIFFS AND DEFENDANTS REAL SLOW WITH AN ATTITUDE, I'M SURE HE MAKES A LOT OF MONEY DOING NOTHING, I'M SURPRISED JUDGE JUDY LETS HIM ACT THAT WAY, HE SHOULD REPRESENT BETTER THAN THAT

  • @tfoley37 Your comment makes no sense. He's the fucking bailiff, he's not supposed to be chipper and sweet, he's supposed to shut up and look intimidating to keep unruly litigants in line should that present itself as a problem. And when Judy wants to bounce a few thoughts off him or needs a 2nd opinion, she asks Byrd. And if he makes a lot of money for doing nothing, then good for him. Shouldn't we all be as lucky!

  • @reymatt76 I'VE SEEN OTHER BAILIFFS, NONE OF THEM ACT THE WAY BYRD DOES, YOU COULD LOOK INTIMIDATING WITHOUT LOOKING AND ACTING LIKE A PUNK, YOU DUMB BASTARD!

  • @tfoley37 For the record, I'm neither dumb nor a bastard. While I am no genius, I'm much, much smarter than you are, I'm more articulate in my communication and I don't type using ALL CAPS and a 4th-grade level vocabulary. You do. Secondly, I'm not a bastard. My parents were married for well over 5 years when I was born and will be celebrating their 41st anniversary in April. Please take your negativity somewhere else and do not leave comments on my video clips again. Thank you.

  • @reymatt76 And the only thing left to say is....... Boom!

  • @reymatt76 You, reymatt are my absolute hero. You just schooled tfoley37 like a boss. I applaud you.

  • @reymatt76 You gave arrogance a beautiful shut down. Never have I been so proud to see someone correct another person with such class. Well done.

  • @reymatt76 How smart are you really if you have to state your cae on a website like this? What is it really proving??

  • @tfoley37 Wow ,Calling names is really not called for .

  • @tfoley37 You've seen other bailiffs? Where? How many times have you been in court? Wow, for what reason? Wow.

  • @tfoley37 Im sorry you had to see many Bailiffs! , are you in court for entertainment?

  • @tfoley37 Is it stuck like that I meant...it clearly is.

  • @tfoley37 You're an idiot.

  • @tfoley37 Nice all caps.

  • @tfoley37 i dont see what him being black even has to do with anything!

  • Attitude + stupidity. Usually can't have one without the other.

  • defendent is Failure in progress, soon to be manufacturing license plates.

  • I love how it she brought the defendant to tears, and it appears the mother as well

watch her face from 12:23 and then at 12:32

  • I want to comment on the case, but the beginning was so funny. Leave it to Byrd to make everyone laugh when you least expect it and when he had no intentions of making anyone laugh LOL Anyway, Judge Judy said it all, she has a bad attitude, she's disrespectful, she's a liar, she's cruel, a bully and basically when it comes right down to it, she's just a little brat bitch. She needs a school that focuses on mental and emotional issues and then she needs a good slap. Just to wake her up a little.

  • What happened to the dumb little bitch? Why didn’t they interview her after the show?

  • going court over a pen? wtf? $10? ermmm wtf? i think i need to log off n get a life after watching this shit

  • @mr83 rofl same here

  • judge judy IS off the hook!

  • LMAO that girl is whack!!!!! soooooo much attitude hahahahaha 13 year olds

  • Roshanda's so stupid for not only being a bully but acting like a damn fool as well !

  • we shouldnt be bashing or saying mean things to the defendent because then we have sunk down to her level as hypocrites, and we have become bullies just like her.

lets just wish they both can turn their lives around and maybe some day be friends again.

  • Hold up! When the Plaintiff's mother spoke. Roshwanda, had said her to SHUT UP, YOU DYKE

In short! Roshwanda, need her ass kicked

  • Roshwanda probably has a baby now. There...I said it!

All that huffing/puffing/nasty attitude she gave the judge (no respect for Anybody)! Obviously she isnt realizing sh*t and will be back to bullying and terrorising some other nice kid. And ugh that Aunt of hers, doesnt seem committed to deal w/the issues..

I was bullied All through my school years. Never got a break from it. I'd like to say that type of sh*t made me stronger and made me realize how I need to raise my own future children.

  • @KenyanBunnie Amen bro. I was bullied all my Jr. High year until I hit him in the face. That does not solve anything.

  • I wonder what happened to Roshawnda? Her Aunt didn't seem to be the most positive influence that she could have.

  • @any1gotamatch Same here. I wonder how she is now. Lookes like the aunt had the same attitude as her.

  • @agitanna Since JJ is now in her 16th season, it might be interesting if they were to look back on some of her more popular cases; see what's happened with those litigants. (esp. ones like Roshawnda who were young at the time).

  • The defendant is dumb as shit, not smarter than the plaintiff at all.

  • i bet shes a local ghetto queen now

  • ya know that Aunt is just reinforcing her bad behavior. she will most likely not change her ways, just get worse.

  • I LOVE JUDGE JUDY!

  • People may hate Judge Judy but she always makes me smile :)

  • Thumbs up for Amanda's mom!

  • The sad fact is, the aunt is going to go home and instead of saying, "You know the judge had a point and you should change your ways," she is going to go home and complain about what a bitch Judge Judy was and that does nothing for the girl. It will actually COUNTER any lesson Judge Judy was trying to teach her because her aunt will reinforce her bad behavior. Notice how bold she started getting when her aunt stepped up to defend her.

  • i was bullied in school! so i loved when judge judy gave this bully real attitude

  • The defendant is obviously the result of a mix of genetic and environmental adversity.

  • reminds my ex friend a big bully i found out she is married with her 1st kid i feel sorry for her kid

  • roshanda? why? my god lol new name

  • lolz $10... but hey you could get 10 things off the dollar menu with that

  • i fucking love judy

  • little bitch needs a good slap !

  • @bigrider2806 With a bat!

  • Why is the plaitiff's mama necklace so friggin tight? Am I the only 1 that noticed that?

  • @omnissience I'm sorry, I do not speak whatever language you wrote that in. Can you please translate into English for me.

  • @omnissience I'm sorry, I only speak English. Can you please translate what you said?

  • wow fake laughing audience

  • The gallery needs to shut the fuck up. Why is it so unfeasible that a boy could be writing with a purple pen with a butterfly on it? Not everyone is so fucking concerned with that shit. Some people want a pen to write shit down, dont give a fuck what it looks like. STFU GALLERY!

  • See what bullying gets you to

  • 7:26 the grandest moment

  • She is a self richous,pompus,bitch

  • Am I the only one who sees a bias against the defendant from the very beginning? I'm all for non-bullying, but there was never any evidence suggesting name calling or anything like that. Judge Judy came up with that herself based on the one-sided claim by the plantiff (if that is indeed how you spell it). After the defendant said otherwise, she immediately assumed she was lying. I'm not assuming the verdict is completely wrong, I just think the case should be re-examined

  • @Cratalziano It's cause Judge Judy knew that Roshanda was a bully to begin with. I completely agree with what Judge Judy did, the girl deserved to be bullied to see how it felt like. No one brings this to court and sues for $0. The girl's mom even said that there were no medical expenses. It was to get someone to get threw to that girl's head. Hopefully, I really really hope that Roshanda finally realizes how shitty it feels to get bullied. It was a $0 case. No re-examination needed

  • @Cratalziano What they do before they go to court is they make a statement of what happened. The judge reads it and then later during the hearing asks questions to see if stories match. Roshanda had a different story both times (on her statement and during the hearing) so Judge Judy knew that she was lying from the get go, whereas the other girl's statement matched with what she said in court. If you are honest, your story stays the same. But if you lie, then there's multiple stories.

  • I OUGHTA WHIP YOUR ASS ROSHANDA !

  • wow all tht attitude with Roshanda n she end up crying what a punk she is even her own auntie!

-_- check yoself before u wreck yoself!!!!!

  • It was a BOOK

  • The female judge looks like Nancy Reagon and sounds alike hahahah

  • @Suva1987 The female judge? Who's that? I know you're not referring to Judge Judy, who's way more famous than Nancy Reagan, practically a legend, and other than being petite, shares nothing in common with Mrs. Reagan. Judge Judy is a star, please address her as such or you'll be blocked.

  • @reymatt76 Well, GUESS you did not even recognize the irony in my words, but that doesn't matter anyway.

  • @Suva1987 No, it does. Sometimes things go over my head. Please point out the irony.

  • @reymatt76 Judge Judy is not a legend. She's a a bitter geriatric who abuses her power and judges as though she is so much better than everyone else. Nothing short of a lousy bitch.
