thx for the uploading, its worth mentioning that the 'new' tunnel didnt solve the congestion problems from the other 2 tunnels since the 'new' tunnel was priced too high.

@gnikhilg ofcourse they did, if they didnt give a damn about labour conditions the british would of done something, it's a better construction achievement than india has ever had.
