my SL sisters getting married in world next week [im a bridesmaid 1 of 4 bridesmaids and 2 flowergirls ]and shes spending a hell of a lot my dress alone cost like L1000 then theirs the hair and sking an accesorries God knows how much the wedding will cost
OK I am in SL on and off. I know more about it than anyone should. I understand it is easy to get swept up in the fantasy of it, but spending $200 plus on an SL wedding? that is taking the fantasy a WEEEE bit too far.
I wonder how many days this "marriage" lasted?
Thing is, no matter how good your "second" life is, it is not even close to a substitute for real life.

We moved in together in rl and have been together for almost 5 years. We now own a home together, have a son, and I am stepmom to his daughter. This was the beginning of a great real life relationship that him and I never saw coming. Even though we met in a "virtual unuasual way" it ended up being the best relationship I ever had.
@babyjtwizt22 it happens you play a game and make friends and it grows into a relationship.. you dont plan on it but it happened and it can work. I met my fiance playing World of Warcraft lol.. we would just go gank and talk on vent/skype and it just grew from there Now we live together been together for over a year and we still play WoW together lol and nooo im not fat or ugly and can definetly get someone in real life.. Just when you arent looking for love It finds you =) happy for you!

Considering that we MET in the game, got married in the game as you see here... then finally met face to face, moved in with eachother, are now engaged and have a baby on the way 3 years after this second life wedding happened... Very Professionally done nicer than real life did you have different people filming from various angles did you buy for all the guests or did they provide their own formal wear. quite a production.
We paid for everything in the wedding. The guy who filmed it used multiple accounts to get those different angles. We still look at the video with its original music (KC & JoJo). We are expecting our first child together :)
And after you done eatting, that $225 is gone. Your only memories is a few turds dropped later. This happened back in 2007 and we are sitting side by side right now getting ready for a week vacation. :)

Very Professionally done nicer than real life did you have different people filming from various angles did you buy for all the guests or did they provide their own formal wear. quite a production.

We paid for everything in the wedding. The guy who filmed it used multiple accounts to get those different angles. We still look at the video with its original music (KC & JoJo). We are expecting our first child together :)
