I know this may sound weird but I have watched almost every prison documentary ever (not EVERY one but at least 30-50) and to be put in a supermax cell means you did something very terrible! If he served only 7 years it is very unlikely that he was ever in a supermax prison cell!

@yankees2249 I was held in a cell that held paul bernardo previously, niagara detention center, certainly not super max the way as portrayed in american prisons, but they did shut off my water for 3 weeks, turned my heat off, froze my ass, couldnt flush my toilet, and had a video camera on me the entire time, this is nothing compared to what the other fellas have gone through, it was a taste for me though.

@xonoma I used my fists dumbass, and sure i could have used a shank, but then id have to serve life, those guys all rat at the chance to get out sooner. any time someone is stabbed, and they they dont know what happened, they keep the people out so they can send there rats to find out who stabbed who. so basically if i stab someone its my life, end of story.
