My favorite ND play ever. Beautiful video and music. Priceless. I love the way Clausen seems ready to take total command before the snap. A perfectly thrown ball and a perfect catch from the best QB-Receiver tandem Notre Dame has had in recent years. I love the cockiness and most of all, Clausen's wonderful grin at the end of the video. Even though they have had a tough start in the NFL, I wish both Clausen and Tate the best for the future. I think I'll just watch it again. Go Irish!

Golden talked to the (Notre Dame) band afterwards and said that the reason he jumped was because in the heat of the moment he thought it *was* the ND band he was jumping into. So it wasn't bad sportsmanship- it was supposed to be a great celebration!

Notre Dame made one of the worst hires in college football history with Charlie Weiss, and then exacebated the problem with a mind-boggling error in judgment - giving him a pot of gold contract extension before the end of his first season, when he was playing with Ty Willingham's players.
MSU isn't responsible for these errors, or the fact ND got worse as Weiss' own recruits arrived. Hate Weiss and/or his cronies.

Brain Kelly won't solve nothing. His track record seems to differ from your opinion. The guy has won every where he's been, He's 52-22 at the D1 level and was 34-6 at Cincy. I think guy know how to develop football players..

half a decade? last i checked it was 6 straight IN SOUTHBEND (spartan stadium south)..12 years it took nd to beat msu at home..more then a decade pal. and no the teams have not been flipping wins really. msu has won 9 out of the last 12.. not exactly trading back wins. i mean if you count 2006..but other than that? no. msu has dominated this series the last 20 years. and it looks like it will stay that way. at least i hope so.

They have played 1 team ranked in the Top 25 and that is the LSU tigers AKA the most overrated team in the top 10. Florida does not have another team currently ranked on their schedule.

Anybody who has watched Mardy Gilyard and Golden Tate (I have watched both) knows Gilyard is better. Tate barely has more yards and only 2 more TDs.
Cincy rushes more than ND does and Cincy is being forced to use more of a running QB. Naturally Golden Tate should have better numbers. If Pike was playing Gilyard would lead all receivers in yardage and possibly TDs.
