  • where is the more complex trains such as tornado, baldwin, flying scottsman, or union pacific "big boy"? These were puny.

  • wrap the microphone in a piece of foam rubber and eliminate the wind buffeting noise.

  • where is this place at

  • @toxicvader Evesham Garden Centre, Evesham, UK.

  • nice video, but i hate it when drivers put so mutch into locos, just to have to pull around some awfull carrages

  • how much would one of those loco's cost a fella and do you have to fabricate your own track?

  • @Amtrak1194 Very sorry for late reply! If you own one of these engines then its best to base at somewhere like EVLR (in this vid) of Windmill Farm or even Bure Valley etc so that the track is there and the facilities to run them. An engine that you can sit in, quite modern, but steam, about 10 years old, bit and powerful is currently on the market for £48, 000. I would buy one if I had the cash.

  • That's about the same for the American 15in gauge locos too, $75,000. Just like you if I had the money I would but them, but I've been looking at the smaller 5in gaugers that are around 6,000 GBP new, 3,000-4,000 GBP used.

  • @steampics i would love to run mine at the R&ER

  • I remember count louis at fairbourne 30 yrs ago it never ran hats off to whoever restored it what a super job!would love to hear more info on the restoration thanks

  • @mlh661 Its a lovely machine

  • Hi there,

    Great video - 5 stars.

The video quality looks really good, what camera are you using?

  • @RASDV Hi mate. I was using a Fujifilm 7.1MP camera but it had pretty good video and audio recording as well. I got a JVC Everio camcorder for Xmas however so am now using that. The Fuji was OK but this is much better lol. Glad you enjoy it!
