what did they do its dang front feet? poor thing is walking like there is fire under its hoove if you think this is right your sick! how could some one do this to a horse wow this just angers me so much you dont believe how would you like it if some one stuck weights on your feet and told you to hop a hundred feet non stop woulod you make it?......most likly not
@cdukes1129 The boots Tindur is wearing, is not that much weight (150g-250g maybe). And he would have had a lot of movments anyway. Do you know why? Because he has all his bodyweight on his back feet, and the horse loves to showing off. You can see that in all his energy, power and charisma.
This is just a different form of competing with the horse, and personaly I think this competing form is much better than show jumping or racing.
@frkxMee its still weight number one and number two he is runnign fast to get it over with wow and the weights on its feet are still weight! so it dont make a difference if you want to see a beautiful natural horse take the boots off! my god whats wrong with people these days wow every one who puts weights and dressage things on horses to make them better looking should be ashamed its a sick practice have you ever seen a horse running freely i have i see it every day how sickening.
@cdukes1129 don't think it's wrong to use boots. And if it had been dangerous to use them, it had been illegal. And of course i have seen horses in free enviroments. But just look at the horse, look at the way he moves, smoothley, elegant and powerful. If that is not the expression of a horse who loves what he is doing.., you will never find one. I've seen this horse irl and he is just a sight you'll never forget.
@cdukes1129 If u take the boots off, they would still walk like they do here. The boots is also a remedy to make the gaits more "clean" so it does not become pacy ;) If you have an icelandic horse yourself you will understand, but a horse with only three gaits is easier to handle and controll the gaits
