  • His personal motivating force got him put on death row!!! What a foolish statement!! from a foolish man!!

  • why are we listening to this douche...why do we care??kill the shit hole!!

  • if it can happen to the Nelson Mandela, Pvt. Bradley Manning, Jullian Assange, Nagwa Sandrol, Gao Zhisheng, Mexican journalists & countless innocent muslims around the world- yes-it can happen to Mumia, Myself & even you...

  • @marianance this is the whole point! Mumia is indeed value to humanity~ they have tried to kill mumia countless times and ways.. through the powers of the most high, THE ALMIGHTY WHO PREFERS GOOD OVER IS EVIL, IS SHOWING ONES AFFIRMATIVELY THAT BABYLON SHITSDEM AND POLYRICKSTERS ARE EVIL BAPHOMET ILLUMINATI WHOSE ONLY OBJECTIVE IS POPULATION CONTROL. RASTAFARI LIVE REGNS & RULES AND GOOD SHALL PREVAIL OVER EVIL.. REMAIN FAITHFUL AND DILIGENT WHILE TRODDING TRU BABYLON BATTLEFIELD..

  • how can a man so wise be rotting in a jail cell? Free him now!!!

  • You are listening to....Immortal Technique...and this is Revolutionary Vol. 2.. From Death Row.. This is Mumia..Abu..Jamal. CHEEE!!

  • I don't doubt the intentions of most in the "Free Mumia" movement; I'm sure most are good people, who want to stand up against what they think is injustice. Unfortunately, if you talk to practically any of them for two minutes, you'll find they have little to no actual knowledge about the case. This is not the man you should be making a hero of. There are plenty of actual victims of police abuse. Mumia is just a murderer. Well-spoken, charming...but a murderer nonetheless.

  • @MckyMseNTarotCrds I have a lot of knowledge about the case. In fact, I was in college when I first heard of his unlawful arrest and the violence he experienced at the hands of the police. The transcript clearly shows that the judge and prosecuting attorney were both corrupt. And since this time, new evidence has arisen that proves that the, so called, witnesses presented by the prosecuting attorney were bullied by the police into giving false testimony. Mumia supporters have little knowledge?

  • @DelightfulAnimation I'm not sure which transcripts you were reading, but I'd love to know how a prosecuting attorney could be considered corrupt. The truth is, (and if you actually read the transcripts, you would know this) is that Mumia was found guilty by a jury - not by a judge or a (gasp!) prosecuting attorney because he failed to take the stand. As did his brother. The only two living people who could explain what happened that night...balked!

  • @MckyMseNTarotCrds Were you a witness to the crime?

  • @MckyMseNTarotCrds

    so ... ?

  • @CorruptPhillyCops dude im white and i totally agree, like ill ask my freinds why they have muslims, and there like well they suicide bomb and shit, and then i say well if you didnt watch the news would you hate muslims?, then they say no.......point proven

  • STRONG SOLDIER

  • the world is a messed up place.if they kill this guy, might as well have bush etc in the same prison,,,,all i can do is imagine having a death sentence hanging over my existense..its absurd that the person who switches this guys life off isnt a murderer also,,,but its okey because hes only doing his job..for money...this is insanity

  • MORPHEUS

  • Fact 4: The prosecution claimed that the shot which killed Faulkner came from Mumia Abu-Jamal’s legally registered .38-caliber weapon, contradicting the medical examiner’s report that the bullet removed from Faulkner’s brain was a .44-caliber. This fact was kept from the jury. Moreover, a ballistics expert found it incredible that police at the scene failed to test Mumia’s gun to see if has been recently fired, or to test his hands for powder residue.

    *wow*

  • Fact 3: In 1995, eyewitness William Singletary testified that police repeatedly tore up his initial statement--that the shooter fled the scene--until he finally signed something acceptable to them. The following year, witness Veronica Jones came forward to testify that she had been coerced into changing her initial statement that two men fled the scene. Witness Billy Cook, who was present the whole time, has stated very clearly that Mumia is absolutely innocent.

  • Fact 2: In 2001, court stenographer Terri Maurer-Carter came forward and stated that in 1982, before Mumia’s trial began, she heard Judge Sabo say, “Yeah, and I’m going to help them fry the n****r.” He was referring to Mumia. This backs up evidence of judicial bias and racism in Mumia’s case.

  • Fact 1: The Confession

In 1999, Arnold Beverly confessed to killing Officer Faulkner. This confession is validated by a lie detector test administered by eminent polygraph expert Charles Honts. Despite concrete evidence supporting this confession, the Philadelphia District Attorney has refused to investigate, and the courts have not even allowed it to be heard. The injustice continues . . .

  • People trying to stand up for what is right always get fucked over.

  • I hope he gets the execution he deserves eventually, and I hope it's a slow and painful exit.

  • why do all of you wish death on a man which you don't know there is no way to no for 100% if he did it or not but there is not significant proof he did it and therefor he does not belong on deathrow it's shameful that you want to see this man die who are we to say who deserves death who is the government to kill people?

  • @McG0025

We wish death on him because he's a cold-blooded killer. Granted, he's a hero to black people because he killed a white guy, but to those of us who have a conscience, he's a low life who deserves to die for what he did.

  • @guymeister2 you shouldn't wish death on anyone he's a heroe because of his struggle for black rights which you know nothing about you lack sensitivity on the subject of the black struggle in america

  • @McG0025

Yes, I should wish death on some people - namely cold blooded killers like this man. And, no, I don't really care about the "black struggle" in America since that struggle has been long since won. I do care about black people making heroes out of people simply because they killed white people.

  • @guymeister2 no it is not your job to decide who lives or dies you don't solve murder with more murder. Further more you are completely ignorant on the black struggle go work at a food pantry and you will see almost all the people in need of food are black the black people are still at the bottom of our society and many scholars argue that the black population never has recovered from slavery

  • @McG0025

I never said it was my job. That was the job of the jury who convicted the lowlife and the judge who sentenced him. And, no, you don't solve one murder with another murder; you solve one murder with the execution of a murderer. There's a BIG difference between taking an innocent life and a murderer's life. And whatever the state of the black population of this country, Mumia's still nothing but a murderer and deserves to die.

  • @guymeister2 eye for an eye makes the whole world blind there wasn't sufficient evidence to convict him of murder, he is clearly not a threat and has done nothing but give empowerment to the black community even though he's facing death i doubt you've ever listened or read anything he's had to say on the matter you've simply had your mind made up your only a pawn in their game

  • @McG0025

No, an eye for an eye deters repeat offenders. He is clearly a threat and should be fried. Slowly. And, yes, he is a hero to the black community, but it's because he's guilty of killing a white cop, not for empowering anyone. I've listened to some of the crap he's spewed, such as this video. It's all BS. Again, the man should be fried.

  • @guymeister2 i'm done responding to you your just filled with hate your only a pawn in their game

  • @McG0025

No, I'm filled with righteous indignation and outrage. You might understand if there were a white equivalent of Mumia - some white guy who murdered a black guy and was loved for it, but there isn't. This is a black thing.

  • @guymeister2

i suggest you stop looking at everything from a racial perspective i will no longer argue with you as you don't want to take anything away from the opposite sides perspective

  • @McG0025

This is nothing BUT a racial issue. He's a hero to many black people because he killed a white cop. He's a scumbag to most white people because he's a murderer.

  • @guymeister2

it's only a race issue because we make it one i see it as a man who is on death row for a murder that can't be proven and i happen to be white if that for whatever reason matters to you

  • @McG0025

You see a man on death row for a murder that can be and was absolutely proven who is a hero to many in the black community because his victim was a white cop. If he had murdered a black guy instead, nobody would care about him. And, yes, it matters to me. I find it inexcusable for black people to excuse this guy; I find it beyond bizarre that white people would. It would be like a black guy liking a Klansman who murdered a black person.

  • @guymeister2

there was no substantial evidence to convict murder and i don't see why you concern your life so much with another mans death regardless of the reasons. Further more i can't believe that you can't understand why a white person could see something from the black perspective it's really sad that you base views on racial sides. and i don't understand what you mean by the klansmen

  • @McG0025

How much more evidence could any sane person reasonably want? Eyewitnesses to the murder; his gun used; him at the scent; his not denying it. He is absolutely guilty. I can't understand willful cluelessness categorically. For a white person to buy into this nonsense is simply bizarre. One more time; you buying into this racist idiocy would be exactly like a black guy saying "Hey, great! Blacks should be lynched!" That's you.

  • @guymeister2

At the scene of the crime mumia was found shot too theres no way of knowing who fired first if mumia fired at all the witness was a prostitute who no one remembered and at the time the philadelphia pdt was very corrupt, you can't know what happened for sure but there isn't enough evidence to convict mumia of murder. Further more there is nothing racist about what i'm saying and saying i'm the white equivalent of a sambo for not taking the side of my race is racist in itself

  • @McG0025

Michael Scanlan testified that he saw the assailant run towards Faulkner and shoot him in the back, then stand over him and shoot him again in the face.

"I saw a hand come up, like this, and I heard a gunshot. There was another gunshot when the man got to the policeman, and the gentleman he had been talking to [Cook]. And then the Officer fell down on the sidewalk and the man [Jamal] walked over and was standing at his [the officer's] feet and shot him twice. I saw two flashes."

  • @guymeister2

scanlan could not say that the person who shot faulkner was mumia

“Are you able to identify anybody, either the driver, or the man who ran over and shot the police officer?” Scanlon replied, “No, sir.”

  • @McG0025 Considering the fact that Faulkner was shot in the back, it's safe to say that Mumia fired first. But that's irrelevant. If Mumia didn't shoot and kill Faulkner, why didn't he just say so in court, rather than pleading the fifth? Can't wait to hear your answer on this one.

  • @august1876

mumia was denied the right to defend himself, and his lawyer never even asked him what happened the night officer faulkner was shot, the whole trial was a mess and mumia just refused to participate, he wanted a better trial

  • @McG0025 Wrong on both counts. Mumia defended himself for part of the trial after firing his original lawyer (Tony Jackson). He was re-assigned defense when he started having regular outbursts in court - a typical MOVE tactic to try to derail the trial. When that trick didn't work, he tried to derail the trial again - by refusing to speak. He was asked repeatedly what happened that night. The jury saw right through his tricks and found him guilty. Read the transcripts - it's all there.

  • @august1876

yes only after he fired his original lawyer, none of what you say proves mumia killed faulkner

  • @McG0025 Maybe not, but it certainly proves that you don't know what you're talking about!

  • @august1876

very scholarly argument you have there

  • @McG0025 I'm not arguing, I'm telling you that you're wrong. Don't get your panties in a twist, McG, just stop acting like you know anything about this case. It's clear that you don't.

  • @august1876

my panties are not in any way twisted thank you very much, this is over you've provided nothing to suggest mumia is guilty

  • @McG0025 @McG0025 If you've been paying attention, you would know that I'm not trying to "prove" that Mumia's either guilty or innocent. That's not for me (or you for that matter) to "prove," - unless of course you were there that night.

    .

I have proved, however, that you don't know what you're talking about when it comes to this case - and that's the only reason I replied to your idiocy. So put your foot in your big ignorant mouth.

  • @august1876

your the one who went out of your way to say that you wish death on mumia, you never proved i don't know about the case, i know plenty, and you shouldn't be arguing on the basis of weather the other person knows the subject your argument should be directed at the subject, saying you don't know what your talking about isn't a valid argument you should address the topic and therefor try to prove it

  • @McG0025 @McG0025 Please cite where I've "wished death on Mumia." And yes, when you're on here spreading misinformation and lies about the case to suit your agenda, I'm going to call you on it. Again, it's not up to you or I to "prove" anything, but it is up to individuals to get their facts straight - something you've failed to do. Regardless, I did address the topic at hand - Mumia represented himself, and even helped pick the jury. You just can't admit when you're wrong.

  • @august1876

i apologize i didn't realize your not the one whom i originally responded too, as for me spreading lies i haven't said anything untrue you keep saying i don't know what i'm talking about call me out on it enlighten me i understand i could be wrong about some of the intricacies of the trial, but out of all the information i've seen it doesn't point to mumia in a chair and thats what my dispute with the other racist guy was before you jumped in

  • @McG0025 Don't mean to flog a dead horse, but you said that 1. Mumia wasn't able to represent himself during the trial, and 2. that he was never asked what happened that night - both of these points are not true. So "out of the information" you've seen, I'd venture a guess that most of it is myths and lies. Again, if you really want an unbiased look into the facts of this case, you have to read the court transcripts - there's disinfo and misinfo on both sides of this isssue.

  • @august1876

at first mumia wasn't allowed to represent himself thats what i was refering too, and i never said he wasn't asked what happened i said his original lawyer never even asked him what happened

  • @McG0025 I'm not sure what part of this you don't understand. Mumia was only denied the right to defend himself well into the trial - after several outbursts in court. Mumia originally wanted a member of the MOVE 9 to defend him, but the court rejected this request because the individual was serving a life sentence in prison. I'm not sure what you're basing the "never even asked him what happened" thing on - except of course your own imagination. Anthony Jackson asked him several times.

  • Dead man talking! Dead man talking! Why do they allow this cold blooded killer run his mouth. His words incite violence, and unrest. Its less dangerous out here with you in there. The only value to this "ERF" Mumia has is a lesson on what not to do, how not to act, and how not to veiw the world around you. Oh yea and the fertalizer his body is going to yeild when when they put this dog down.

  • still free "MUMIA"!!!

  • First, Faulkner was not simply arresting his brother. He was beating him badly by hitting him in the head with his flashlight, with a lot of blood coming out of his head. The DA claims Cook his Faulkner in the face first, but there is no bruising or other physical evidence to support this.

Second, Mumia has always proclaimed his innocence, and that alleged "hospital confession" that you cite is such an obvious fraud. No one officially reported it to the police for over 2 months!

  • Just a sec. Mumia didn't "proclaim" his innocence until 2001. That's almost 20 years after the incident.

BUT...because it took 2 months to report the hospital confession it's "such and obvious fraud." ???

    You're a funny guy!

  • No, he always proclaimed it... even at the 1982 trial.

  • Well, you're right and you're wrong. His PLEA in 1982 was "innocent," but he refused to answer the question - when asked repeatedly - "Did you shoot Daniel Faulkner?" In fact, he pleaded the fifth...and we all know what that means!

He never denied shooting Faulkner until 2001.

  • That's another lie. He stated during the sentencing phase of the trial that he was innocent. Also later on the HBO special in the mid 90s

  • @journalists4mumia

He murdered Danny in cold blood, and if what you claim is true there was no reason to stand over a helpless Faulkner and shoot him point blank. That is cold blooded, he didnt try to save his brother he was trying to kill a cop. Self defense isnt shooting someone point blank in the head while on the ground

  • your poster boy is done now and the move 8 will never get out

  • @journalists4mumia That's bullshit Faulkner didn't beat his brother. I've seen the police report and the fact everyone says he was framed insinuates that the whole Pilly police force is corrupt. It was proven that Faulkner was killed with Wesley Cook's gun. It was a .38 caliber and it was a hollow-point bullet, federal ammo with no other use but to kill. That's beyond having a gun for self-defense. Several people saw Wesley shoot Faulkner point blank execution style in broad daylight.

  • @KdpPhila

u obv a cop kill ya self bitch an fuck that pig who died he can rot in hell. FREE MUMIA!!!

  • @BeatPella2010 what the fuck is your problem? he did his job and was killed for it? why should this scumbag be released?

  • Comment removed

  • @KdpPhila .3 we run the world just fasc it Black power miami! king of the world is more like him new era

  • @Qonsheka English, please.

  • This guy Is the Black Jesus He sounds like Morphis Very wise. NO NWO.

  • Dr. Ron Paul was marginalized for having the similar opinions of observations of politics and freedom. Very interesting man, Mumia.

The Black Panthers were, in retrospect, a patriotic American movement.

  • Man, I wish Ron Paul could just get it. Socially, the guy has some great radical ideas. Economically, he has lost his mind. He somehow ignores Adam Smith's theory and John Maynard Keynes's theory of economics and somehow claims it will work... Mind boggling.

  • Revolution, 1776? Very imperfect but the founders whre scholars and dealt with

Capitalism, if it defends the property rights of the individual, is the only system that has the highest standard of living for the masses. No other system has been discovered yet that would do more for the masses.

Individual right, self determination releases the creative forces of men. I like my revolution, 1776.

  • Respectfully disagree. I assume you live in the United States, as I do. In response to your statement about standards of living, forget the U.S. for a minute. Think about what the standard of living is in places like Africa and most of Asia under capitalism. The system of institutionalized exploitation that IS capitalism, by definition, can't work for everybody, or "the masses" as you say. It's made it impossible for these people who used to be able to provide for themselves to do so.

  • Furthermore, individual rights and self determination are not the domain of capitalism. Almost all participants in the capitalist system survive by selling their time and labor to a capitalist, or owner of capital (land, machinery, etc.). The worker produces everyting for the capitalist, be it manufactured goods or labor time, and in return receives a mere fraction of the real value of his/her time and labor. The worker does not have the right to the fruits of his labor nor the ability to...

  • "determine" how it is used. The capitalist does none of the work and receives all of the benefit. He plays no role in the production process except to own. The worker in this scenario is subject to what might frankly be called "wage slavery," since he's clearly being cheated out of what should by right be his but would starve if he decided to quit.

    Oh, and you misspelled "Chewbacca."

  • ignore: Chew,

You are talking about exploitation of 3rd world peoples.

That's a tough nut to crack.

But as a Revolutionary how do you feel the 10 planks of Communism in the United States Government?

  • @chewbaca1989 thank you most people don't recognize

  • I am an employee, I am in a voluntary contract with my employer. I have a skill that I am going to capitalize on and start my own business.

And no I don't produce everything for my employer. He has had to sacrifice to get to where he is.

  • BLACK POWER is just Afrikan people rising above the obstacles others & ourselves have put in front of us. Our condition is at CODE RED status and I just want us to do better, think better, and feel better about ourselves without hating anyone else. Once we get to a level amongst ourselves then we can work together with otheres to work towards power to the people in general and not just Afrikan people.

  • This man has saved more lives than that wich he has taken.

  • BLACK POWER! RBG! FREE MUMIA! Peace to the entire worldwide AFRIKAN DIAPORA!

  • would you even care if he were white?i think not you racist.

  • youre missing the point

  • Please enlighten me...Im open to a educated debate. Just not that racist BS!
