It's hard to add anything when Pony73 has said just about everything I was thinking. I can only add that the girls are enjoying it just as much as the boys. Also, I'm pleased to see grappling rather than just wrestling rules, which would not be challenging enough, or MMA which would be a bit extreme at this age. Oh, just one criticism: I'd prefer to hear the sounds in the room rather than the Macarena track.
Its wonderful to see kids working out like this - the smiles on their faces says it all. Learning to grapple like this must do wonders for their self confidence, physical fitness and sportsmanship. What a truly progressive school
