Wow! I made this and my husband was licking his chops! I added ricotta on top of the spinach and instead of carrots, I added some bell peppers and mushrooms...it's soooo good!

That ws brilliant Lali! jus perfect for a weekend bash we hv scheduled! Considering I wana serve tis 4 dinner and mk them tat evening...I understand from ur video that we need to let the lasagne set for 3 hrs.....aftr baking! Cud u suggest how to make them piping hot whilst serving?...popin them in the microwave i blive wud turn them soggy....

thanks! to serve piping hot cover the baked lasagne with aluminium foil and warm it in the oven for 10-15 min before serving.
