from my understanding they are both running air shifted transmissions and the only reason reese mc'gregor uses nitrous is to spool his massive single turbo up, where the hks cars runs twin 32/40s which are easier to get on boost than a big single, with times that close i would love to see the hks car come out of retirement to have a crack at the title but with the release of the new gtr the chances are slim to none.

yes ladys and gents this is the worlds fastest GTR and the strapping young lad is from newzealand yes newzealand its on the map no realy it is =| reece still runs a solid chassie but he is thinking of running tube frame he is unsure. the gtr would still make a faster time as it is but has alot of clutch slip due to the high amount of horse power he runs roughly 1300hp he dose not run nitrous as far as i know and he runs a hydrolic assisted gearbox it makes a monster. dont mind my spelling :D
