This is Neru. Haku's Ievan Polkka follows Miku and Rin's base. And I know this vid was taken from Nico Nico becuse someone else did the same thing with a cropped version.

Lets put it this way,

Neru sounds higher pitched than this. I listened to Neru's 'butterfly on your right shoulder' and the voice doesn't sound much like this. (And Neru sounds more like Rin. Actually, Neru is a Pitch lower than Rin. So I've Heard.)

@RubberDuckies121 Actually their is no official setting for Neru, so some people take Miku's voicebank and pitch it higher (which I don't agree with but whatever) or lower. Some people take Rin's voice and pitch it down (which I prefer)

Haku on the other hand is a lower pitched Miku since she's considered "Miku's Fail" (Vocaloid Wiki can explain that) but I think she's awesome lol
