  • fin i really like ur bread ...keep it up !!!

  • There is a way to cut the rise time down to 40 mins instead of 12 hours. While your mixing the bread heat the oven to low, and boil a pot of water. When the dough is mixed and the water boiling, turn off the oven put the boiling pot in the back of the oven and put the dough in a covered bowl and close the oven. In 40 mins it will have proofed and you can bake it. Makes perfect bread.

  • @nerfed Excellent! I'll have to try it out.

  • Fine video, but the background music is hugely distracting.

  • @TheWistfulthinker I'll keep that in mind for future videos.

  • Great job!, I love this video, what a smart young man. I am going to try this out when I get my kitchen aid mixer for Christmas. Thanks!!

  • This is so cool. I made the bread and its good. I love the ease of it. I have been spreading the recipe around. I will make it every week. If there are any other recipes out there that are thiseasy to make bread post them please !!!!!

  • @mloulane This is the one we make most often: 4 cups white flour 2 cups wheat flour 1 heaping TBSP Yeast salt 3 cups warm water Mix well and let rest for 15 minutes use dough hook in kitchen aid mixer on low for 5-10 minutes or kneed. Let rise until double, up to 1 1/2 hours punch down and split into 2 loaf pans Let rise until double, up to 1 1/2 hours again Bake 365 40-45 minutes top with butter as soon as the loafs come out.
  • This is an awesome video and you are an awesome young man. I have never seen anything like this. I may try to do it but don't know if I can do it like you.

  • @kcsuthern

I don't know where the video is but here is the recipe to make two loaves. It's 6 cups of flour, 4 cups of water, 1 heaping TBSP of yeast and salt to taste. Rise until double, split in 2 & knead, rise again for an hour to hour and a half, bake at 365 for 40-45 minutes. I also like the video by mistercanning
