  • Where in Japan are you? I am thinking of getting a VFR400 NC30. I live in Misawa-shi, the mornings are the best for riding.

  • @rodnees

    Thank you for your comment!

I live in Fukuoka Prefecture. It is a point fairly far from there.

There is a possibility that trouble occurs because it is an old motorcycle though NC30 is a good motorcycle, too. However, I am one in NC30 of favorite motorcycles. I hope to obtain the motorcycle well you are a day when!

  • love it!!! i used to have an NC24 too, this makes me want another one!!

  • hi mate, nice bike :). was looking at theese, what insurance group is it? i have heard they are quite cheap on insurance ?

  • Man this brings back memmorys sounds fekin awesome,I had a high level art can on mine people in my area would say I herd you the other day awesome.

  • Thank you for the comment.

It is possible will it to be being to revive is that those days'

    memories are very glad.

My motorcycle never fades away still.

Even if I age, VFR is those days.

Therefore, I cannot grow old, too.

You are also the same as me?

    OK!!

  • same bike i've purchased 4 months ago. but it seems i've got a problem with the rpm indicator cause it reaches upto 2000-3000 rpm only even i pump the accelarator to its maximum, also never it reaches the red line, need some advise pls... thanks

  • Surely it would be the motorcycle which it did not ride for a while. Judging from the situation, it seems that it needs the overhaul of the carburetor.

  • The becoming shorter of the main jet is the most suspicious, but the other jets think that the possibility clogged up is big.

I overhauled it by oneself, but, as for the carburetor of the engine of V type, disassembly is difficult.

I am sure to entrust an expert, but please try it if there is knowledge. If you are in Japan, I can advise it more.

  • yeah your right,it was from japan and brought to saudi arabia for sale(as a second hand) i dont have any idea how long it was stored.carburator was calibrated(overhauled) by a qualified technician but to no avail, remain the same.then i got my reg/rec burned as of now.anyway thanks for your advice,i better check that jets again.more power

  • Please do its best.

As for the cleaning of the jet, the confirmation that is not clogged up with the hole of the jet is important, but it is more important to do cleaning that you remove `needle jet holder' which the jet sticks in.

  • i had very similiar problem, it needed new spark plugs, the vfr400r has racing type plugs and is very fickle.... they get damp etc and start breaking down if not used for a while

  • Do you have a hard time, too?

Does a start become difficult unless it is used for a while?

In such a case the becoming shorter of the air cleaner is thought about by my experience, but it is thought that a starter jet in the carburetor is clogged up.

In addition, the adjustment of the divergence of the pilot screw is strange in the same way.

If a spark plug too gets wet, the overflow of the carburetor is thought about!

  • Hello. I like your videos and your website. I too have brought the 1987 NC24 ^_^

  • We wish to express our gratitude for having given it the comment.

    NC24 is an interesting motorcycle.

    I am loved.

Here is a heated term of the future.

    It enjoys it with VFR!!

  • nice bike man> i have an nc24 myself, any good on line shops for aftermarket exhausts and other parts?

  • Hello,cloonan87. There are few parts of the after market of VFR(NC24) now.

I think it is reluctant because it is a motorcycle that had already been made in Japan 20 years ago. However, the slip-on silencer is being still put on the market by a famous manufacturer in Japan named the 'Yamamoto racing'. This is recommended.

  • My NC24 is basically normal.

It can be relieved to strengthen the hose of the brake. I have exchanged it to the hose of the stainless steel mesh. Because the number also of parts of purity has decreased, absolutely exchanging it is wiser to the air cleaner filter before it is too late.

  • great sound man, i am planning to buy one...

  • Hello tordenskrald.

A peculiar sound of this motorcycle feels powerful.

A modern motorcycle doesn't have, and a sharp handling is like the knife.

Please obtain it by all means.

  • Nice, I love the sound of the V4 engine. I have nearly finished restoring an NC24 I got off ebay, just need tank painting and rear seat recovered, then put new fairings on, all ready for the spring :)

  • robbie1800

    I thank for having comment!

I brought back NC24 last year whether it was one year. It is 20 years soon since it purchases it by new car in 1988. I think that I am very glad that owners of new Force V4 increase. I pray for that the paint of the tank and the wearing of the fairing can be completed early from Japan. Surely new wind meets you in spring! !
