Everyone knows how all throughout "Raiders," Indy and Marion are reminiscing about their childhood and their past together. What if a fifth Indy was a prequel to the other four films where Indy was about 20 years old and on an adventure, just like the other films, but his relationship with Marion played out through the story, and tied in with Raiders, and it can end, officially opening the franchise. I think it would make a great Indian Jones. Comment!
hmm...i don't know if it's Fake but theres an Interview with George Lucas about Indy 5 here indianajones5 (DOT) org.
I'd love to see Short Round again. Okay, he's older now...but in indy 4 they brought back Marion, why they shouldn't bring back Short Round ( i would be satisfied too, if it's just a Cameo Appereance)
They better not ever (EVER!) do a re-make of Indiana Jones. This is a truly brilliant and genius work of art. He is excellently portrayed by the ultimate greatest actor in the world, Harrison Ford.
Adding the 'Raiders March' theme really made it worth watching. John Williams is the best composer on the Earth along with the fantastic London Symphony Orchestra.
Indiana Jones is the greatest adventurer of all time, by the way awesome video.
i really really really really really....... want there to be an Indy 5 to be made!!!
with Harrison as Indy cuz ther was a rumour they mite do it like crusade with harrison as sean and shia as Indy. This could work but i want Indy to always be Harrison.. hes the kind of guy that can pull off the style of Indy
4th movies great - shame they left 19yrs between films but hey they made enough money out of it to see that Indy fans want more!!
Saw the 4th movie myself. Was impressed that they kept a lot of things true to the originals. Even liked the way that they left it open at the end for another movie if they ever decided to make a 5th.
i thought the fourth could of been better... i agree about the alien thing.. i mean.. aliens? comeon.. but i still liked the fight scenes, the chase scenes, jungle scenes.. in my opionon they were like the older indiana jones.. if it had just been another archeogical adventure with paranormal circumstances behind it it would have been greast like the others.. aliens went overboard i think. what would be really awesome is a movie about indys "war years" in the OSS. then hes still fighting nazis
I agree 100%. I'm 20 and Raiders is my favorite film of all time and KOTCS was superb.
After waiting all my life for a new Indy film, I was not at all dissapointed. It is my favorite film of this decade. True fans should accept KOTCS for what it is: an Indiana Jones adventure for a new generation.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
If the new Indy movies are going to be like the 4th, then I don't need to see them. I LOVE all the other 3, especially Raiders---it's actually one of the better movies of all time, in my opinion. For you to have the effrontery to say I'm not a true fan is pretty silly. Indy 4 was more similar with National Treasure than it was with it's own series. Shit, I even liked National Treasure more than Indy 4. I liked the Mummy more than Indy 4!!!
Oh, did anyone notice anything? Temple of Doom; went to hell by the ending, when the first was good and after that another amazing film, which was as good as the first. Now, the fourth had a bad ending too. If they make an Indy 5, maybe that one will live up to the first and third, if anyone is with me here and saw the pattern :D
Hey, the fourth didn't suck. It was just good, because of the alien... thing. The aliens ruined the movie, otherwise, worthy of the Indiana Jones name, and if you block out the ending, it is an AMAZING movie.
These are the greatest movies ever! Not that Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was bad, but they need to make an Indy 5 to get it back on track. Kudos to your vid!
this is my favorite song of all time and im playin this at a summer music camp did i mention im going into the seventh grade were really advanced for our age group i play the trombone i love all of the high notes in this song it makes it that much more interesting and the tempo of this song is soo fast i love it lol over all best song ever written jonh williams is my hero its now gonna be one of my life goals to meet him i also want to play this song raiders march with him that would be soo cool
Hands down, the best goddam film series ever made, bar none. Flog me if you wish, but I ENJOYED KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL. That's right, I'm a heretic, go on and say it! Everyone else does!
I don't think so. Harrison Ford is the REAL Indiana Jones. An Indiana Jones Movie without him is just..just a movie If you hhear the name "Harrison Ford" you immediately think of Indy
bassblazer96...sorry...no. Harisson Ford IS Indiana Jones, because no one else can say the witty lines and give the expressions that he can. Its just not possible
OMG that was brilliant! I loved the segue you did as the scene changes from high action to about 2:08 as the music changes to what I think is the love score theme. The cut scenes you added from 2:08 to about 3:10 fit so perfectly with the love theme bit. For some reason, I got emotional @ 3:08-3:10. And then to finish it off, I thought it was cool how @ 3:33 as the music comes out of the love score and back to the Raiders march, you add the scene where Indy's hat comes back to him. Great job!
wow that was great! I loved the editing and everything. I wished you wouldve showed a bit of River Phoenix who played young Indy in The Last Crusade. Too bad he didnt live to see the 4th film. Anyway, great GREAT tribute! Cheers mate
Could someone send my a pm or a reply ... i have a big question which is the song who is played in the german castle when the SS-Officer is shown? Sounds a little dramatic and dark! Please who can help me?
We are actually practicing this song right now in band and are playing it in our memorial day parade. And it wasn't planned....we also play this song for our memorial day parade.
" There's a big snake in the plane, Chock!!" "Oh, that's just my pet snake reggie" "I hate snakes, Chock. I hate 'em!" "Come on, show a little Backbone, will ya?"
Do you belive this, folks?! He's Back! And with him all the great pieces of the legend returns... like the music! Like the March! Christ; I'm just 21 year old, but I already feel the strength of nostalgia! ;) May Master Williams live forever!
I don't care who you are, where you live, you've heard this theme song (whether or not you know what it belongs to). One of the most recognizable scores in the history of movies!
I really hope this fourth movie does the rest in the series justice; but somehow I get the feeling Mr. Ford wouldn't have agreed to a fourth had it not (remember the big deal made when he turned down the role of Hans Solo?).
