Always stay focused ok? never say never and never give up, God has a plan for you and for me. i pray all the time that God will send me far in my gymnastics because gymnastics is my life! and this is all i want for the rest of my life! so keep holding on and believeing in yourself. and dont let anyone tell you diff

  • well done, that was beautiful gymnastics. whats authism? i dont know how you spell it :) and i love your leotard, i have a similar 1 :) hope you get bk to me shortly :)

  • VERY CUTE LEOTARD!

  • very good stuff =]

  • Wow! I didn't know people with autism could do gymnastics! She looks pretty coordinated to me =D. Is she on a team that competes?

  • @brettamy1 She also made the video, she did all the text in the vid... did the transitions uploaded it to YouTube, she's really amazing. I left other comments to your post but not sure if they're all in the right place lol I wish people would ask more about her, I think they think I'll freak out but there's nothing more I enjoy than explaining to people what autism is.

  • @brettamy1 They sure can! Autism is a spectral disorder meaning you can have SEVERELY autistic people and high functioning. Autism is defined by certain behaviors, you might have a few or a lot. We're very fortunate that Sage is high functioning. She's pretty much a *normal* little girl, you might not know anything was *up* with her until you heard her speak. Yes she's on a team! She won 5 gold medals! Check out her videos, she also won a talent shot for playing a piano song by memory.

  • @brettamy1 Opps I mean talent show. She played *favorite things* from the sound of music... all by memory. She can read piano music, (sheet music I think it's called) and play with both hands... pretty cool stuff. She's like REALLY into fashion too, picking out her outfits each night. Her earrings match, socks, bracelets, her whole outfit totally matches. She spends like an hour getting ready for school in the morning lol it's pretty cute. She's in the 6th grade. Thanks for your comments :)

  • its such a shame that they have disabled the music on this video but I still think it is cool to wtach

  • i know this is a long time ago but well done

  • @paulw99 Yep Paul she's come a long way. In May of this year, she won the gold in all 4 events and the gold for *over all*. She's also autistic...

    Thanks again :)
