What type of insulin do you take? I take NPH, I only take twice a day (every 12 hours), but I still have high readings.....Can you post what your average readings are and the type of insulin you take...Thanks for the vid....

my sugar reading always show below 6. may i know how many unit u take. and NPH is a night insulin u should take ones a day ...if u inform me how many unit u take everyday so i can help u
