Well my only comment would be, try to get your voice more flexible, hit the right notes and the guitarist should practise practise practise ;) but it sounds not as bad as many many others ;)

Decent cover. Your guitarist should spend a little more time with the song to get all of the chords (namely that long pause before the chorus that shouldn't be there - the chords are G, A, Em, Em). Practicing with a metronome would help his rhythm steady out, so the tempo wouldn't change. You have a great voice, but work on the ability to move your voice freely between your chest and head. Then you will sound just like Amy Lee! Hopefully you will take this as constructive criticism! Thumbs up!
